## Fellow Reviews
 ### 1. Super Responsive Support & a Product That Always Delivers Answers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruno K. | Customer Success Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

The support, they are super responsive and in the rare case there is an issue, they always respond with an answer.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The UI took some time to get used to it, limited metrics outside of higher tiers.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Note taking
I can now focus on the call, pick up on some details I might have missed if I was focusing on writing everything down quickly
2. Call recording
It allows me to go back to the recording in case I need to rewatch the way something was said
3. AI ask fellow feature
Sheesh, what a feature. I use it mostly to execute my shortcuts (predefined prompt that gets executed when called on), but I also use the feature to gain some insights - "what was the real problem for this client?" "When they were talking about plans for 2026, what was the one they liked the most" just any type of question that interests you, the AI tool does a great job.
4. Follow-up
I could bundle this with the AI feature, but I want to highlight it here separately. The amount of time I spend on following up calls is absurd. With fellow, I just type in /follow-up in the chat, and fellow automatically drafts the email, and opens it in G-mail for me?! Insane. Not only that, but it adds the correct emails of the recipients and subject...
5. Task managing
It creates tasks automatically after calls, and assigns it to you. I use the hubspot integration which works great. And after a call, it automatically assigns tasks agreed upon in the call to the correct people. huge!

 ### 2. Game-Changing Meeting Assistant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SWAPNIL S. | DevOps Engineer, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Fellow makes it easy to create structured, collaborative meeting by providing clear agendas, shared notes, action items and follow-ups with reminders. Its AI assistance helps with note-making, summarizing key points and transcribing discussions, allowing participants to stay fully engaged in the meeting. Fellow integrates seamlessly with tool like zoom and microsoft teams, making it suitable for both internal and external meetings.
I especially value how it handles notes in the background so i can focus on the conversation and meeting flow.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

While fellow performs well overall, there is still room for improvement in areas such as customization and integration. Greater flexibility in templates and deeper integrations with other tools would make the platform even more powerful. That said these limitation are relatively minor compared to the value fellow already delivers.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow solves the problem of unstructured and ineffective meetings by providing clear agendas, collaborative notes, action items and follow-ups in one place. Its ensures everyone is aligned before, during and after meetings, reducing missed points and unclear next steps. The AI powered summaries and note-taking allow me to stay fully engaged in discussions instead of worrying about documentation. As a result our meetings are more focused, productive and actionable which saves time and improves overall team performance.

 ### 7. AI-Powered Notetaker That Enhances Meeting Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarin C. | Fidelity Support Specialist, Mental Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really love that Fellow has an AI notetaker feature. It saves me a lot of time because I have one-on-one meetings with many different customers and need to take notes within each meeting to later add to our system. The AI notetaker takes care of the meeting notes, which I can just copy and paste into our system. I also appreciate that it provides a space for me to take my own notes outside from the AI generated feature and keep them organized. It connects to my Google Calendar, so I have everything I need in one spot. I enjoy how it records everything and gives me a list of action items, which are extremely helpful in managing my to-do list and ensuring I don't miss anything and can follow up on the discussed deliverables in each meeting. Having that backup ensures I keep my customers happy. Additionally, the initial setup of Fellow was super easy. The Fellow team was really kind and offered extra support, coming into one of our staff meetings to walk us through how to utilize Fellow, which made us feel comfortable with the tool.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I would appreciate if the AI summary had an option to write the summary from a first person view versus third person. That would make transferring the notes into our system easier for me as I then correct the notes to read first person. I do think the general template fellow gives you in the notes section could use a little more depth, but fellow allows you to create your own template or choose from other templates created by internal and external fellow user, so that's not much of an issue.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow saves me time in meetings by using AI to take notes, which I can easily copy and paste notes from my meetings into our internal system. It connects with my Google Calendar and keeps everything in one place, including action items that help me track my to-dos and ensure nothing is missed.

Fellow is best for note taking and video recording in meetings. It is simple to use and helps take notes in all the meetings. The notes and recording can be easily shared among team members which is great

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The application has limited trial period and is expensive compared to others for same offerings. Also the transcription is not that good

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing us to take notes and also record all the client meeting making it easier to assign task and keep track of commitments. Also ai note taker allows us to focus on the meeting rather than taking notes and saves a lot of time

 ### 10. Meeting notes and AI summaries built for real consultation work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I work as a dietitian and nutritionist, I also create educational content, and I manage a homeopathy clinic. My main work involves patient consultations, diet planning for different health conditions, and regular follow-ups.

What I like best about Fellow is how well it supports my daily work. It is very easy to use and easy to understand. I did not need any training or technical setup. I started using it immediately for my consultation work.

During video calls or phone calls, I can write notes in real time. This is very helpful because I discuss diet plans for different problems like diabetes, thyroid issues, kidney problems, heart health, liver concerns, and general lifestyle improvement. I can quickly note patient goals, food habits, challenges, and next steps without missing important points.

The AI feature is one of the most useful parts for me. I can ask it to summarize a particular meeting by date, and it gives a clear summary of what was discussed along with follow-up actions. This saves a lot of time, especially when I handle multiple consultations in a day. Instead of reading long notes again, I get a quick and clear summary.

I use Fellow very frequently for planning, consultations, and follow-ups. I add action items like sharing diet charts by email, tracking food and activity, and reviewing progress later. This helps me stay organized and manage my work better.

Fellow has the right number of features for my work, such as meeting notes, action items, calendar scheduling, and AI summaries. Everything works smoothly together, and calendar integration makes scheduling simple. Overall, Fellow fits perfectly into my routine as a dietitian, content creator, and clinic manager, and it helps me manage consultations and follow ups in a clear and time saving way.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I don’t have any strong dislikes about Fellow, but a few small things could be smoother.
In the beginning, it takes a little time to understand where everything is, especially notes and action items. After creating a few meetings, it becomes clear, but the first-time experience could be a bit more guided.

The AI feature works well and saves time, but its output depends a lot on how detailed the notes are. If notes are very short, the summary also feels short. Some small tips inside the AI panel could help users get better results faster.
Sometimes, when the internet connection is slow during live calls, syncing or loading feels slightly delayed. It is not a major issue, but better handling in low network situations would improve the experience.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My daily work includes patient consultations, diet planning for different health conditions, follow-ups, and planning my work schedule. One big problem earlier was managing notes, follow-ups, and meeting details across different places.
Fellow solves this problem by keeping everything related to meetings in one place. During live video or phone consultations, I can write notes in real time. I note patient concerns, diet habits, goals, and challenges while the discussion is happening. This helps me focus on the consultation without worrying about forgetting details later.

Another important problem it solves is follow-up management. After meetings, I can add action items like sharing diet charts by email, asking patients to track food and activity, and planning the next review. This keeps my work structured and helps me stay consistent with follow-ups.
The AI feature is very useful and saves a lot of time. I can ask the AI to summarize a particular meeting by date, and it gives a clear summary with key points and follow-up actions. When I have many consultations in a day, this helps me quickly review past discussions without reading long notes again.

Fellow also helps with planning and scheduling. Calendar integration makes it easy to manage daily consultations, planning sessions, and review meetings. I use it frequently to plan my day, review pending work, and organize my tasks.
Overall, Fellow helps me stay organized, save time, and manage consultations, planning, and follow-ups in a simple and clear way. It supports my work as a dietitian, clinic manager, and content creator, and makes my daily workflow much smoother.

 ### 11. Efficient Task Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ricky L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I like the action items feature in Fellow. It gives me confidence that I can follow-up and not miss any details during the normal pace of meetings. It was challenging to take notes and pause meetings, but now I can focus on the meeting itself instead of the notes. The ability to capture the details with video recordings and transcripts is really great, allowing me to quickly assign tasks and add them to my current tracking tool. I find the action items to be accurate with those in my meeting notes.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Authentication is a challenge because Fellow is associated with my organization's authentication provider. It can be difficult getting access to meetings and transcripts. If I enter the wrong ID, I'm not sure how to access it outside of the company-provided link. The initial setup was challenging due to authentication issues. I wasn't sure what to enter for my ID and password. Trying to access it just from a Fellow link available on the web didn't work. I had to use the link provided by the company. Challenges with authentication have been consistent.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to organize and compare meeting notes, identify key points for follow-ups, and ensure I understand everything. It captures action items accurately, letting me focus on meetings without missing details. The recordings and transcripts are very helpful.

 ### 12. Maximize the efficiency and security of your work meetings with Fellow's features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

I can also say that Fellow offers high quality business customer service, facilitating the use of all its digital features and improving the digital experience for all its users.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I have nothing bad to say about Fellow's digital features and resources, my experience has been advanced and productive and I can recommend using all its features for performance and virtual security.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to the use of Fellow's digital features, I have been able to improve communications and virtual meetings with my entire work team, facilitating note taking and reviewing all my professional interventions, improving the fulfillment of all my professional goals.

 ### 13. Good simple option for small teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I love using the 'Ask Fellow' feature, and I find myself using it quite a lot for quickly finding information about what team members are up to. It keeps everything all in one place and makes sure that the team is clear about action items. Fellow also allows me to quickly find information about specific team members. It unified everything under a shared workspace, which was very simple, and that's part of its appeal.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The UI is a bit clunky sometimes, even after a recent refresh. I often find myself accidentally looking at full notes for previous or next meetings during recurring meetings, and something just feels off with it. Also, we changed domains once and were unable to transfer our entire workspace, which was annoying.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow keeps everything in one place, ensuring the team is clear about action items. It allows me to quickly find information about specific team members, which I really appreciate.

 ### 14. Streamlined Meeting Management with Fellow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hassan A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I use Fellow to organize my data and notes for meetings, which is super user-friendly and simple while providing total control to the user. I'm a heavy user of Fellow's Copilot feature, which automatically provides meeting minutes, summaries, action items, and transcripts, eliminating the guesswork about what has been discussed in meetings. It's got great transcription accuracy and generates professional, sensible AI recaps. I love how it keeps all the meeting data in one place, sharing it with all participants and maintaining visibility for the right people. The AI recap, transcript, and action item features stand out to me.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Fellow recently introduced some UI/UX changes where the layout of the user end has been changed. It would be great if training is provided to users about what changes are introduced and where to find features in the new layout. We can reach out to Support, but if you proactively do it we will spend the same time working towards our deadline instead of waiting on Support to let us know how to work Fellow.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to organize meeting notes and discussions. Its Copilot feature provides automatic meeting minutes, summaries, and action items, eliminating the need for note-taking and guesswork about discussions.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I have nothing bad to say about Fellow's features and technical capabilities, I feel very comfort using all of its systems to run my virtual meetings.

 ### 16. Intuitive and User-Friendly Tool for Cross-Functional Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth B. | Associate Product Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

What I like best about Fellow is how intuitive and user-friendly it is. It makes managing meetings, notes, and follow-ups seamless, helping me stay organised and collaborate effectively with my team.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I dislike that Fellow can sometimes feel a bit rigid in its workflow, making collaboration less flexible. Additionally, the notification system can be overwhelming, and the interface occasionally feels cluttered when managing multiple projects at once.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow is addressing several key challenges in team collaboration and productivity. It helps to streamline meeting preparation, ensuring that everyone comes in with a clear agenda and shared context. It also solves the problem of scattered meeting notes by providing a central place for documentation, which makes follow-ups and accountability much easier.

The benefits for me include saving time in planning and running meetings, improving clarity and alignment across multiple teams and departments, and reducing the chance of action items slipping through the cracks. Overall, it enhances efficiency and strengthens team communication.

 ### 17. Highly Accurate Transcriptions and Helpful AI Agenda Suggestions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frank S. | Data Analyst, Data Protection Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

The transcriptions are very accurate and allow person-by-person distinction. Also, the suggested AI agenda items are useful in case of missed notes during a meeting, allowing you to add later.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The fact that Fellow allows on-device local recording is a security risk for any company who chooses to use it, as it bypasses the need for a meeting organizer's consent or the participants in the meeting's consent to have an AI record their conversation.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow is allowing for meeting prep in advance of meetings and note-taking and agenda itemization during the meeting, which is fantastic for external memory-keeping of prior meetings. It allows you to be fully present and let the AI record and suggest action items later.

 ### 18. Transcribe and summarize your work meetings with Fellow's digital features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin P. | Applications and Training Systems Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Fellow is my preferred system for running all my work meetings because it allows me to transcribe and summarize all comments and contributions in real time, making it easier to gather information and content for my daily work.

In addition, Fellow is a system that offers an accessible and interactive initial registration process, providing the best AI features to enhance my user experience.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I have nothing unfavorable or negative to say about Fellow's features and technical capabilities, I have had a positive and favorable experience using all of its virtual communication resources.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 19. One of the most powerful productivity tools I use daily.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

What I love most about Fellow is it's integration with the GSuite. I love that I can take notes in a Google Meet and the Calendar integration that let's me know how many tasks I still need to complete before my next meeting.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I really wish Fellow would have an add-on for Gmail. It would be a lot more helpful tracking my action items if they could be visible there. Currently I rely on a combination of Fellow and Google Tasks, however this creates a lot of duplicate action items and makes it harder to manage.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow helps me keep track of, and prepare for, meetings. It has streamlined my workflow because I can easily reference notes in the stream and continue to build on meetings instead of perpetually playing catch up.

 ### 20. Effortless Note-Taking and Meeting Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff G. | Chief Information Officer, Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

What I like about Fellow the most is that it allows me to be immersed in the meeting, listening, watching people, and seeing how we can keep the meeting flowing while it takes the notes in the background. That's the best return on investment for me. The setup was very straightforward, and working with the Fellow team was fantastic. Their follow-up and constant checking in on us has been wonderful, making the whole experience really good. We use Fellow for all our team meetings, and it's built right into the meeting, which is nice because we can use it for both in-house and external meetings effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Nothing at this time.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow makes our meetings interactive with accurate notes and follow-up action items. It lets me stay immersed in meetings while note-taking happens in the background. It checks all the boxes for us, providing a high return on investment.

 ### 21. Lightning-Fast Note Processing That Keeps Up With My Busy Schedule

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Fellow is an impressively useful and powerful tool. What I appreciate most is how quickly it processes notes, transcripts, and recordings. With most other notetakers, I often have to wait up to two hours before I can review my summary, which isn't helpful when I have back-to-back meetings. I rely on Fellow for as many as nine meetings a day, every day, and it handles all this information smoothly. One feature I especially love is the ability to ask questions during the call, which really helps me catch anything I might have missed and makes my day much easier.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I've got only two pieces of constructive feedback:
1. The briefing feature misidentifies content from some meetings and sends information that is not relevant.
2. The desktop app can be a little resource intense, which can lead to slow performance on older machines.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recalling information quickly during meetings, quick processing of transcripts, and visibility for my teammates and leaders.

 ### 22. Streamlines Structured Meetings, Boosts Team Alignment

I find Fellow very friendly and easy to use. I like how simple and intuitive it is, which makes agenda-driven meetings and action item tracking straightforward. It helps in running structured meetings, setting clear agendas, capturing action items, and tracking follow-ups, all of which are crucial for maintaining team alignment and reducing meeting time. The centralized notes are a standout feature because they keep everything organized in one place for easy reference. Fellow helps solve the problem of unproductive meetings and missed follow-ups by providing a system where accountability is clear and follow-ups actually get done. It integrates well with tools like Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Slack, fitting seamlessly into our existing workflow. The initial setup was also very easy, with the interface being intuitive enough for quick adoption without much training.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

While Fellow works well overall, there’s room for improvement in customization and integrations. More flexibility in templates and deeper integrations with other tools would make it even more powerful. That said, these are minor compared to the value it already provides.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow for running structured meetings, setting clear agendas, capturing action items, and tracking follow-ups. It helps my team stay aligned, reduces meeting time, ensures nothing slips through the cracks, saves time, improves team alignment, and reduces back-and-forth after meetings.

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

It automatically creates a checklist of items I need to do. A summary of what was discussed and the integration with Jira that creates this checklist into tickets automatically

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I'd like to have an onboarding so I can get the most out of the app. I've been learning through trial and error and looking on the web

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating the checklist of items to do so I don't have to worry about remembering what was discussed. If I'm not in a meeting I can quickly catch up without watching the whole meeting

 ### 24. Revolutionized Our Meeting Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max Z. | Business Strategy & Operations Lead, GTM, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really like the chapter summary feature in Fellow. It helps me capture the necessary action items and ensures I don't miss out on important details. The next steps feature is very useful at a glance, allowing me to stay informed and in the loop without attending unnecessary meetings. I find it beneficial for revisiting complex meetings with senior leaders and going over product demos or tutorials.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes it mistakes a question/hypothesis a person raises with a statement from the person who answers

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to revisit complex meetings with senior leaders, ensuring I capture ideas accurately. It helps me during product or dashboard demos, letting me pause and revisit. Fellow keeps me informed without attending unnecessary meetings and helps capture necessary action items.

 ### 25. Fellow Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James C. | Project manager , Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

It is a great tool for taking notes in meetings. This Ai note taking application is easy to use and makes it quite easy to track pointers from meetings. It records and transcribes all the meeting making it convenient to keep track of multiple meetings

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The transcription sometimes is not accurate and makes it confusing with the tasks sheet it creates, also the application is quite expensive after few days of trial

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us save time by taking notes in meeting and creating tasks to be done out of it, it records and transcribes the meeting making it easy to go back and rewatch the discussions. It is useful to keep track of commitments done in a meeting

 ### 26. Effective Sales Call Transcriptions, Needs Dual-Speaker View

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher B. | Chief Operations & Marketing Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I like how convenient Fellow is and how quickly the uploads get processed. It transcribes exactly what's being said effectively, which makes it very useful for reviewing sales calls. Quick processing uploads make it easy for me to jump in and share the link with the team, and that's really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I mentioned that I'd like to see both speakers recorded in the same window, rather than just the active one. It would be helpful to see both people, like to get the prospect's reactions when I'm asking questions. Also, the initial setup for Fellow, like other recording software, is mildly challenging. It's pretty easy in the beginning, but getting it to consistently output exactly how I want takes some tweaking.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to record and review sales calls, making it easy to analyze calls and improve. It's convenient, processes uploads quickly, and transcribes effectively, which is crucial for my analysis.

 ### 27. Fellow Makes Meetings Effortless with Smart Summaries, Action Items, and Transcripts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tina B. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Of the tools we've used thus far, Fellow is the best platform! By connecting to my Zoom calendar, I can easily distinguish between meetings to join or not. Action items are created and tags who is responsible for that action item. A summary recaps the meeting succinctly, while the transcript captures conversations. Both the Action items and transcripts provide tags to the video recording for that topic.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I'm not aware of a downside at this time. We're still within a 6 month window of using the platform and still learning.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rather than depend on a scribe and separate video recording, Fellow combines these tasks and frees up the ability to note taker to participate fully in meeting.

 ### 28. A powerful meeting tool with room to grow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Fellow is an amazing tool that truly maximizes meeting time. It helps me stay organized by saving notes and providing transcriptions, which makes it easy to revisit details if I forget or need clarification later.

I especially love the Ask Fellow feature — I’ve used it to track the variety of projects I’ve worked on throughout the year, which has been incredibly helpful during my annual review.

I also use Ask Fellow to reflect on how I led a meeting or to get suggestions for improving my tone and communication style.

The customer support team is very responsive, and I use Fellow almost every day. Managing action items is simple too — it integrates easily into my workflow

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Since Fellow is a constantly developing tool, there are occasional bugs that I need to report. For example, with AI-generated action items, even after I accept them, the system sometimes prompts me again a few minutes later to confirm.

As an admin, I’m also looking forward to seeing more advanced data analysis features added in the future, as that would make tracking and reporting even more powerful.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

fog of remembering everything, action items for the most part.

 ### 29. Streamlined Meeting Management and Google Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** McKenzie K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I like that Fellow is really integrated into all my Google products, so I just use my Google Calendar as normal, and it just shows up in Fellow. It makes it feel like it's not an extra chore to use Fellow; it's just right there, which makes it super easy for me to use consistently. I also find it really easy to find the meeting I'm looking for and see exactly what was discussed. I use it to take notes during Google Meet in the sidebar, which is super helpful when I'm in a phone booth with no extra screens. I can have the notes on the same screen while interacting with the video call and seeing the person I'm interviewing.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I think there could be a little bit more ease of use on the templates. I sometimes have a hard time editing my templates, getting them formatted how I want them to, and generally changing them, especially if I'm trying to change a template on a recurring meeting. I've had it overwrite the meeting notes from this week when I was trying to change the template for the meeting next week.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow makes it easy to find past meetings and see what was discussed, helpful when someone follows up about a meeting. Taking notes during Google Meet is convenient as they're on the same screen, crucial for interviews in confined spaces.

 ### 30. AI-Driven Meeting Solution, Slightly Laggy UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniele C. | Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I love the AI summary feature in Fellow because it's a great way to see the most important points and actionable insights from a meeting. I also appreciate the integration with Claude, which allows me to create detailed recaps of meetings using the Fellow transcript as a knowledge base and integrate it with emails and Slack. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Fellow to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes it takes a while to load, and to show up in a meeting. In general, the UI feels a bit laggy.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to record calls and remember meeting decisions even if I lose notes. The AI summary highlights important points and insights, while Claude integration creates detailed recaps that sync with emails and Slack.

 ### 31. Great for Meeting Organization, Needs Better Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Medina D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really, really like Fellow because it helps me keep track of what was discussed in meetings and remember the action items. With a lot of meetings, it's easy to forget what we talked about, so having Fellow in all of my meetings is essential. I have also used the AI summary and recaps, which have been quite helpful.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Maybe the onboarding, because I don't use other features to be honest, and maybe that's because I don't really know what's there, and I don't have time to just check through everything.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow for meeting notes, tracking action items, and recording decisions, which helps me remember discussion points and tasks from numerous meetings.

 ### 32. Improve the quality of your work meetings with Fellow's advanced features.

I can also say that Fellow offers the best digital options for collecting information related to your work meetings, making it easier to review all your business projects.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I have nothing bad to say about Fellow's digital features and resources, my experience using all of its communication tools has been efficient and professional.

 ### 33. Effortless Note-Taking and Powerful AI Search

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bria V. | Director of Technology and Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I don't have to take notes myself its amazing and I love the searches and how I can ask fellow to search all my meetings and recap things. I freaking love AI. It was super easy to get started, customer support is always helpful not that I've needed it much. I use it every day. It integrates with google meets and I love it.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Nothing I can think of. How could there be anything bad about having someone take notes for me.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow addresses the issue of scattered, manual meeting notes and forgotten follow-ups. I no longer need to take notes myself, which allows me to remain fully present and engaged in meetings rather than trying to multitask.

The AI-generated summaries are impressively accurate, and being able to search through all my meetings or ask Fellow to recap previous discussions saves me a great deal of time. It has become my go-to source for referencing decisions, action items, or important context from earlier conversations.

Getting started was very straightforward, and the Google Meets integration functions smoothly. I use Fellow daily, and on the rare occasions I’ve needed assistance, customer service has been both responsive and helpful.

Overall, Fellow lightens my mental workload, helps me follow through on tasks, and makes meetings much more productive. It’s easily one of the most valuable AI tools in my everyday routine.

 ### 34. Effortless Meeting Transcripts, Needs AI Enhancement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raven S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I like how easy it is to have Fellow connected to different meeting platforms like Google Meets and Microsoft Teams. No matter what platform I'm using, I know that Fellow is going to be there, which is really great. I've used systems in the past that were hard to configure and join meetings, but Fellow is very simple. Even though we use Google Meets as our base platform for meetings, Fellow easily joins even if our customers use Teams, so I don't need to create a separate Teams account. I also appreciate that I don't have to worry about taking notes if I'm using something other than Google Meets because Fellow takes care of it. It's very easy to have Fellow join any call I need. On top of that, the setup was quite easy, and it continues to be easy as we onboard new associates.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I tend to take my transcript from Fellow and put it into ChatGPT to write out notes that are a little bit more customized. It would be nice to set up the ability for the AI to write notes for me from the recap based off of my tone of voice or how I want something written in a specific template for that recap. At first, I was not very happy with using Fellow. I preferred Tactic. I felt like Tactic was a lot more customizable. Tactic allowed a chat bot or some kind of AI bot at the top of every meeting transcript where you could ask its very specific questions about the meeting, and have it write out specific points or notes that I could just copy and paste right into Slack. I could say, 'please write me a meeting summary that is casual, that highlights the main points of this meeting,' and it would do that. That's something that I definitely miss out of Tactic.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow lets me engage fully in meetings without worrying about note-taking, and it integrates well with various platforms like Google Meets and Microsoft Teams.

 ### 35. Unintrusive, Versatile Tool with Strong Automation and AI Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Unintrusive and useful across so many use cases. They offer strong baseline features—like libraries and automation—that help you govern your meetings and culture. And now, with the AI feature, it enables fantastic integrations into our workflows.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes the bots struggle to join meetings. Botless recordings are fine, but we prefer the added explicitness and transparency of having the bot present in the meeting.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve run into some scaling challenges when it comes to maintaining a strong, healthy meeting culture as we grow. That said, it has helped us drastically improve the traceability of decisions and keep a clear paper trail at no extra cost. Our board minutes are now much easier and faster to produce.

 ### 36. Transforming Our Meetings with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carleen L. | CEO/President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I absolutely love the meeting templates in Fellow, they are one of my favorite features. They help me organize meetings systematically, especially for sales calls, ensuring we follow a structured process to gather necessary information and adequately provide quotes to our prospective clients. The templates are invaluable for keeping meetings consistent and productive. I also appreciate Fellow's automation capabilities, which remind team members to contribute to meetings and automate follow-up emails, along with surveys to participants to gauge the effectiveness of meetings. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and onboarding new team members has been seamless. Additionally, integration with Slack is a big plus for me as it allows easy conversion of Slack chats into Fellow topics for future meetings, creating a seamless workflow. Overall, the combination of intuitive templates, automation, and easy integrations makes Fellow an indispensable tool for managing meetings effectively.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I find it challenging that, because we're not on the higher tier for Fellow, we are limited to individual templates. It would be much more beneficial if we could have our templates shared across the entire company. Upgrading our usage doesn’t necessarily make sense for us, as only a few of us are power users while the majority are light users. Paying the full price for every user seems unreasonable. I wish Fellow offered more flexible pricing options, such as tiered pricing, to accommodate both light and heavy users within the company.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Fellow organizes all our meeting history in one place, improving client service. It provides valuable templates, streamlining agendas for internal and sales meetings and automates follow-ups, enhancing our workflow and collaboration.

**Official Response from Mirna Shaltout:**

> Hi Carleen,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review!

I noticed you said that you'd like your assistant to have delegate access to your account which is an Enterprise feature as you mentioned. As a workaround if you use google calendars, you can share your calendar with your assistant and she can sync it to her account to help plan your meetings for you. I am linking an article below with more information on this.

 ### 37. Fellow got me the job! Now its an everyday necessity.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey R. | Customer Support Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

My first experience with Fellow was when I received a recording and feedback from an interview. This really helped ease the anxiety of wondering, "Did I do a good job or did I mess it up?" Being able to review my answers, see the interviewers' reactions, and reflect on what I could have improved or what I did well was incredibly valuable. I ended up getting the job! Now, I use Fellow in every meeting. It's excellent for revisiting what was discussed. If you don't like watching yourself on video, you can simply read the summaries it generates from the chats. Installation and setup were very straightforward, so I make sure to have it running on every video call.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The only problems I've encountered with Fellow seem to be due to my own mistakes. I didn't thoroughly read the setup instructions before installing, which left me confused when I tried to add notes to a meeting agenda with my team. Fortunately, I figured it out after some trial and error. It might be helpful to have refresher tutorials easily accessible for users who want to review best practices.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool addresses the long-standing problem of forgetting what was discussed in meetings, making it much easier to recall important details. It also helps us stay focused by providing clear, easy-to-follow agendas and notes.

 ### 38. An Indispensable Tool for Meeting Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chun-Mao C. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

The standout feature is automatic meeting recording. Fellow captures everything we need from meetings without manual effort. The AI integration is particularly impressive — I can query past meetings using natural language and the system provides direct answers with relevant context. These features have made our meeting follow-ups significantly more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The main friction point is the separation between work and personal email accounts for meeting management. If I need Fellow to auto-record a meeting on a different calendar, I have to manually add myself as a meeting participant. This means potentially paying for Fellow twice or managing two accounts. This is an area that could be improved.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow handles meeting recording, automatically joins and compiles summaries, action items, and key discussion points. It eliminates the risk of missing important details. The searchable meeting archive with AI-powered natural language queries makes retrieving past meeting information effortless.

 ### 39. Effortless Meeting Management with Accurate Recaps and Action Points

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jarrad B. | Systems Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really appreciate that I no longer need to take notes during meetings. With Fellow, I can simply schedule a meeting and let the platform take care of everything else. The Recaps and Action Points are always accurate, which has made my workflow so much easier!

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

One aspect that frustrates me is not being able to add Fellow to a Teams call when the call was started ad-hoc. For example, this issue comes up with Teams calls that originate from Slack or with impromptu one-on-one calls that weren't scheduled ahead of time. It would also be really helpful if Fellow could join Slack Huddles!

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep track of discussions and action points, so I no longer have to spend meetings frantically taking notes. Now, I don't miss what was just said because I'm still busy typing up the previous point.

 ### 40. AI Chat Enhances Meeting Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ufound a. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I use Fellow to record internal meetings, and it's been great. The AI chat feature to write up emails after calls is something I like most about Fellow. It's probably the best feature that we use the most.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I think one thing is just little tweaks and stuff, you know, adding a new UI and automatically sharing recordings with another user was pretty difficult. Sometimes there'll be a problem with the title if it's from another user, like a private Google Meet, and it won't get the title, which is a bit frustrating. Also needing to assign users is frustrating because if you don't assign users, it won't use multiple meetings.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to record internal meetings and write up emails after calls, saving time by not needing to take manual notes.

 ### 41. Phenomenal for Agenda and Meeting Management, Needs Offline Boost

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katrina G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I love using Fellow for drafting agendas for both one-on-one meetings and staff meetings. It's pretty phenomenal in ensuring documentation behind actions, which is crucial for supporting student outcomes in my role as CEO in education. I also find Fellow instrumental with its botless recordings, as it allows me to review meeting summaries and action steps, especially for hot topics discussed in meetings. Integrating my calendar into Fellow has also been straightforward and useful.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I wish Fellow would work a little better for in-person meetings. There have been a few times when the botless recording just didn't happen, and I only found out after the meeting was over, which is kind of unsettling. I think it's some technical glitches that need fixing. It would also be nice if Fellow integrated with Google, as my team uses Google Docs and Spreadsheets, and switching over would be easier. Initially, I would have preferred if meetings didn't default to recording automatically; it would have been helpful if the default was set to manually record meetings.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I count on Fellow to draft agendas for meetings, ensuring documentation for supporting student outcomes. It records meetings and summarizes action steps, which is instrumental for reviewing important discussions.

 ### 42. Effortless Meeting Notes, Needs Full Recap Email

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom W. | Senior Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really appreciate the meeting summary notes feature in Fellow, as it categorizes notes under different headings, making it easier to follow and review. This is particularly valuable to me because my memory isn't the best, and having a well-organized summary allows me to revisit and recall any meeting I have attended easily. I love that Fellow emails a summary to all meeting attendees, ensuring that everyone stays informed, even though I wish it included a full recap rather than just an abridged version. The simplicity of these features helps me contribute more effectively in meetings by taking meaningful notes without missing out on discussions. The initial setup of Fellow was easy, which made getting started smooth and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I would like the ability to dial Fellow into any call I have, not just organized meetings. The email summary sent to all meeting attendees should include the full recap, not just an abridged version.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to efficiently take and categorize meeting notes, which helps me recall discussions better despite a poor memory, and receive summaries emailed to attendees.

 ### 43. Great meeting notes and summaries, but the new layout makes editing harder

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

One place for all my notes. I love that it records, and summarizes my virtual meetings. Adds time stamps to review conversations and creates a task list for me. It integrates well with my calendar so I don't have to go back and forth trying to find things. I can link meetings and carry forward tasks and notes.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I’m not a fan of the new layout. The editing tools feel limited and are hard to see at the bottom of the page. I preferred them at the top, like they are in Word or Docs, because it was easier to find and use them. Also, the help document still reflects the previous layout, so it doesn’t match what I’m seeing now.

I’d also love a way to use the AI to take notes during in-person meetings. Maybe there’s already an option for this that I just haven’t discovered yet.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s easy to find meeting notes and collaborate across our team.

 ### 44. AI chat function impressive, but UI could be better

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really appreciate the AI chat at Fellow because it helps to search through meetings and quickly find specific information, such as: "What did customer X say about topic x?". Additionally, I find it convenient that I can prepare information in a way that it can be briefly summarized for Slack.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The interface of Fellow is somewhat cluttered and slow, and I have to restart it too often. The 'Ask Fellow' chat is not centralized enough, and I never know if it is searching just one meeting or all of them. Additionally, the synchronization of Action Points with Asana has been rather annoying because there were too many. It would also be nice to automatically post a meeting recap of a meeting to a specific Slack channel. Recurring meeting with Client X? Summary automatically goes to Slack Channel X.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow helps with taking notes during meetings and finding information through the AI chat, which is super useful for quickly retrieving specific information or preparing for Slack.

 ### 45. Fellow: Accurate Transcripts, Seamless Recap Meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Estefanny G. | Product Manager

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really like the recap meeting feature as it provides detailed summaries divided into coherent sections. The ability to create templates for recap meetings is also a favorite. Another great functionality is uploading external video calls and having both the transcript and recap of the meeting. This is quite beneficial for keeping records organized. Compared to other AI tools, Fellow stands out because the recaps are coherent and accurate. The transcript accuracy is especially notable, which was a big reason we switched from Google Meet. Setting up Fellow was really easy too.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Sometimes users can be difficult to change from one group that is already in free trial to a pay plan. So we have that inconvenient.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to track my team and follow up on pending tasks from meetings, ensuring client communications are accurate and follow-ups are complete.

 ### 46. Elevates Meeting Quality and Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanya S. | Designing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

We use fellow for enhancing the quality of our business meetings as this is the software through which all of our employees and team leaders give their inputs before the meeting and take notes during the meeting. This software helps us in improving the overall quality of meeting conduction.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

One of the main challenge of fellow is that it doesn't have a proper and separate software developed for apple devices and also this is a professional tool for conducting meetings. So, if any business is small and employees of that business want to conduct casual meetings then it might be not the best platform for them.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have different branches and franchise in multiple parts of the country and conducting meetings with the officials of different areas is our daily and day to day task. With the help of fellow we are able to document all the important points of these meetings and share them with other employees so that execution of major decisions can be done properly.

 ### 47. Game Changer - Note-taking on a whole new level

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Automatic reference works for every meeting. I just have the AI agent join my meetings (which happens with one click), and then can refer back to a high-quality summary at any time - including links to the verbatim passage in the discussion. Brilliant!

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

None that I know of. Storage may become an issue at some point, but maybe there's an auto-cleanup function - I haven't checked.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm constantly involved in half a dozen or more projects, which means a lot of meetings - and in the past I have found myself unable to remember decisions and discussion results. Sometimes, conversations even slip my mind entirely. With Fellow's AI note-taking, I can refer back to any meeting later - without reviewing the whole thing. I just find what I'm looking for in the summary, and if needed click the timestamp link to listen to the verbatim conversation.

 ### 48. Fellow is the best tool in term of organizing meetings, keeping notes, creating action items.

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

It's easy to use and very efficient. It's like my daily board in front of me, helps me prepare for meetings, and I can safely take notes and create action items to organize my daily workflow, it's super useful to check these when you need them. You can create custom templates depending on your meetings and even create your personal action items, it's private and it's powerful. I love how Fellow pops up every time I have a meeting and how I can access it from the app on my phone to check the tasks or the projects that require my attention!

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I don't think there's something I dislike in Fellow. In fact, everything is super useful. At first, I wasn't used much to it but it became a culture in daily workflow in just few days.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having several meetings a day or per week can be a little challenging in terms of keeping notes and the actions that need to be performed. It can be lost, it may not be very organized. Also, it's important to organize your daily workload and that's possible with Fellow!
The AI notes make it super easy to follow up on action items!

 ### 49. Fellow Streamlines Meetings with Actionable Notes and Helpful Context

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Fellow helps me build meetings directly into my workflow. Instead of having to create a to-do list after a meeting or from the transcription, I can create tasks right from Fellow’s notes. It also gives me context on what to expect in a recurring meeting, so I don’t have to manually dig through previous notes or emails.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

It’s a great product that provides a lot of useful insights. That said, the UI could benefit from a more guided workflow—maybe a home screen that stitches together action items and the library so it’s easier to see what to do next.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes meetings a meaningful and relevant part of the company’s documentation.

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Fellow is the one of the most interesting and unique software that help us in conducting multiple meetings at a same time. This software works like Google meet and help us in creating links and adding team members from different departments of our company and also make them join the meetings. We can take notes, upload PDF files and share collaborate board through this platform.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

Fellow is a professional tool for meeting management in a large company having multiple departments working together. But if someone is working with a casual team and low budget along with less number of members then it might not be the best option for them. They can go for Google meet or some other free platform available in the market.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work in a startup named dortoservices and conducting regular meetings in a structured form is our day to day task. Fellow help us in conducting the meetings in best professional way. We are able to invite leaders of all the departments of our organisation and discuss the upcoming projects with them. This platform help us in taking notes during with other AI based assistants that improves the overall quality of meetings.
