**What do you like best about Fello?**

We love Fello, it helps us do two main things that we always needed to do: 

1. Automatically nurtures our database for us 
2. Provides value upfront to leads and gives us lead capture insights 
If you've been thinking about trying it, don't waste any more time thinking about it. Sign up and take full advantage of their tools and resources.

The Fello team is outstanding, their customer support is unmatched and they helped us ensure we got the platform intergrated with our team. 

Since we implemented this sytem Q4 of 2023, we have seen results. Now, our team uses Fello daily to set listing appointments and provide value to our clients. We have become experts in the platform.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

Some aspects are not customizable/ intuitive to it's a steeper learning curve. They are improving this constantly by making new updates and launching new features.

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatically nurturing our CRM and providing value to our clients upfront.

**What do you like best about Fello?**

Clearly, it's the reviving of our current database. Now also it hurts when we see how many we lose from past non-consistent follow up. But it's also exciting seeing the improvement month over month.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

Downside is the kick in the gut every morning when I recieve the leads that I had in my own database listed with someone new. However, it's necessary pain to cause the action to reach out harder.

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Really the reviving of leads is fantastic and them improving or enriching our old date is so exciting. However seeing additional leads consistently coming in is adding to our cult following of FELLO now.

Fello is the most brilliant software in the home seller lead generation and nurture space. The intuitive nature of the software and support of the brilliant team is bar none the best in the business. In addition, the software integrates easily with other necessary tools for my business.

The overall cost of post cards is higher than I would like but this is minor when you compare the value received by using the rest of the platform.

It solves the easability of keeping sellers updated by providing an extream high quality easy to use system for our clients to keep updated on there home value. We have had amazing response form our sellers saying they love the system.

We love the Real Seller reports.  We also love using Fello to reengage our database and create hand raisers.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

The toughest part about using Fello was keeping agents in FUB while them still having the info from Fello.  Also having FUB and Fello integrate to where leads can be moved around in FUB and match the activity in Fello.  The most recent integration helps with some of this.

Identifying opportunities and reengaging our database.

The easy of use, customer support, and ease of integration with existing systems/CRMS.  My real estate team loves using Fello!

I can't keep up with the education and I know I am not using it to the fullest yet.

Clean and to the point data that is extremely valuable to all home owners.  The formatting is self branded and crisp.

The simplicity of their nurture on our clients. It's not over the top or pushy. It creates a ton of valuable conversations for our teams and opportunities that would've been missed.

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

As FUB and Fello are now integrated, it would be great to see shared notes about the client for ease of situational status vs scanning through both programs (but that is such a small dislike)

Bringing tons of opportunities forward that certainly could've been missed as we have a gigantic database of potential clients.

I use Fello as part of my nurture program as well using it to prioritize my leads so we know who to call when. This makes working and converting my database much easier. I am also impressed with their support team. Quick to respond! There is never a day that we are not loggin into our Fello account.

**What do you like best about Fello?**

Fello has quickly become a complete solution for seller leads and nurturing. From the email remarketing to post cards, it has brought the most important leads to my attention, and we're already listed and closed a few from this one source. I'm grateful for this product and can't wait to see what is next!

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

I wish they could do social remarketing and do custom ads to promote listings. Would also be nice to incorporate AI messaging at some level to filter out spam requests and unresponsive leads.

Keeping my active leads in front of me and providing value on their home value needs

It has turned our database into a listing machine! We're constantly getting multiple listings a month with Fello!

The real seller feature is a game changer!

Nothing except when I get notified daily of listings  that didn't list with us! 

It stings. But it has been helpful

**What do you like best about Fello?**

We decided to take the leap of faith with HiFello and Ryan because as a fellow Broker/Real Estate Rain Maker, we knew he understood the need for real estate seller lead generation in a market like this. We hired Fello at a time when our company desperately needed a new seller lead strategy. The Google, Social Media and Radio/TV ads were only getting us so far.

When an owner of a company reaches out personally to ensure you have been trained and given maximum resources to succeed, you know you are dealing with a company that truly has your best interest in mind. In addition to their system which was already running 24/7, Ryan emailed and suggested a Turbo Email Blast to our database. 

After sending out the exact email, within 30 minutes we had 50 Northwest Arkansas homeowners raise their hand for a home evaluation for our agents to follow up with. Almost 48 hours after the initial launch we have had 250+ NWA homeowners ask for a home evaluation and 36 (YES!! THIRTY SIX) people ask for an instant offer from our company for their home.

We ended that campaign with almost 350 NWA homeowner ask for home evaluations and 50 sellers want an instant offer. 

We have set 13 listing appointments and we have listed 4 of those! Ryan and the development team walked us through what could have been a very overwhelming experience but we were confident with their system and scripts, our agents would have no problem closing the deal.

The best thing about this is it's not one-and-done. Now the people are in our system and Fello continues to engage with them every month!

**What do you dislike about Fello?**

As with any new system, there are occasionally some system-to-system glitches but the cool thing is the team at Fello usually finds it before I even do and has a solution before I even know about it!

**What problems is Fello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everyone is struggling with Sellers Leads right now, the market is shifting and this tool is the best way to educate Sellers that it is still a great time to sell.
