It is built for people who invoice from the field: plumbers, electricians, painters, carpenters, gardeners, cleaning companies, garages and independent professionals in Switzerland. Create an invoice in about 30 seconds You can create an invoice or a quote in three ways: dictate it, photograph a handwritten work order, or type it in. The app reads the dictation or the photo with AI, fills in the client, the lines and the amounts, and you check everything before creating the PDF. A Swiss QR-bill that follows the SIX standard Fele-facture produces QR-bills that follow the Swiss Payment Standards published by SIX, with the structured address (type S), the only format allowed in a new QR-bill since 22 November 2025. With a QR-IBAN, the app builds the 27-digit QR reference from the invoice number and can put the reference prefix required by your bank, such as the six-digit UBS ID number, at the start. Quotes, VAT and clients - Quotes that become invoices, with deposits deducted - Swiss VAT: one rate in your profile, VAT on or off for each invoice, prices entered with or without VAT - A client file, pre-filled from earlier invoices - A reminder shown in the app when an invoice is still unpaid after 30 days (nothing is sent to your client automatically) - Invoices and quotes in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish Where it runs Fele-facture is a web app that works on computers and phones and can be installed on an iPhone from Safari. An Android app is available on Google Play. The interface is in English, French, German and Italian. Data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt, Germany.
