Fegud for Teams is an employee wellness platform built around personalized monthly self-care bingo challenges. It gives employees a practical, approachable way to build healthier routines while giving HR and People teams a simpler way to run inclusive wellness programs. Each employee receives a monthly bingo card in the Fegud mobile app, with 24 activities selected from a library of 288 options across movement, nutrition, mindset, and connection. Employees can complete activities at their own pace and choose actions that fit their interests, schedules, abilities, and work environments. The experience is available in English, French, and Spanish on iOS and Android. For employers, Fegud reduces the administrative work involved in planning and running a workplace wellness program. Standard setup takes approximately 30 minutes. Teams can use the platform for company-wide challenges, solo participation, coworker invitations, and cross-company connection experiences. Fegud is designed to support participation without employee surveillance. Employers receive aggregate participation reporting, but they do not see individual activities, streaks, or check-in answers. Small groups are combined so one employee cannot be singled out. This gives organizations useful program-level information while keeping personal wellness activity private. Fegud for Teams is designed for HR leaders, People teams, founders, and organizations that want an employee wellness program that is easy to launch, accessible to different kinds of workers, and engaging beyond a one-time event. It works for teams of all sizes, with plans for organizations with up to 25, 100, 500, and more than 500 employees. Organizations can start with a seven-day workplace trial without a credit card. Individuals can also use the free Fegud bingo challenge.
