FEFO saves store owners the walk along the shelves. Instead of checking date after date, the app shows what is about to expire and reminds you on your phone in time to move the product to the front, put it on sale or return it to the supplier. How it works: 1. Scan the barcode. The product name fills in. 2. Point the camera at the printed date. FEFO reads it for you. 3. Get alerted in time: as many days ahead and at the hour you choose. New deliveries go in from a photo of the supplier's delivery note or invoice. AI finds the products and barcodes, and you scan the dates. Also inside: - A list sorted by urgency: today, this week, already expired. - Teamwork: invite employees with a link; everyone works on the same list. - Departments and locations (fridge, shelf, storeroom). - Mark items sold or thrown, and a report shows how much sold in time and how much was thrown. - Products without a barcode: add them with a name and a date. - Excel and PDF export, and a printed checklist for the shelves. - Works on a weak connection; changes sync when you are back online. - For chains: one board for every branch. - Also works on a computer, in the browser. Built for grocery stores, minimarkets, convenience stores, delis, health-food shops and chains with several branches. Free up to 150 products; Pro and Max add more products, more employees and AI delivery-note intake. Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro, no credit card.
