FeeLens helps small architecture studios (5 to 30 people) see which projects make money. Set each project's fee and phases once. Your team logs hours with a quick form or a CSV import from the time tracker you already use. FeeLens prices every hour against the phase budget and shows live profit for each project. When a project starts trending over budget, it turns amber, then red. You see it weeks before invoice day, while there's still time to fix it. It also includes a staffing view of who's working on what, a weekly email summary, and invoices exported to PDF from tracked hours. Pricing is flat per plan, not per user. There's a 30-day free trial with no credit card.
