What do you like best about Feefo?

Zoe (and Dee) have been absolutely wonderful. Zoe has helped me get to grips with Feefo for Kings Camps. I'm new to my role and she was extremely supportive and patient too. Her help with our feedback emails has such a knock on effect. She has truly help our members not only review our camps but made it possible for us to reward them for their support. What do you dislike about Feefo?

What do you like best about Feefo?

The one to one account management is the best part of Feefo - they work closely with you to make sure you're getting the most from their service, using their knowledge to really help make a difference and not trying to sell you add-ons all the time, like other companies do. What do you dislike about Feefo?

No issues with the service itself. My only concern is that they are starting to be shadowed by similar sites, such as Trustpilot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
