I wish Feedvisor could help us in more aspects of the selling platform like listing optimization, creating listings and just generally be more involved with issues that sellers face on a daily basis. Feedvisor provides a very personalised service via the account managers. This makes a tremendous difference in an age were companies are becoming less personable as they automate their online services. The platform has helped to give a bird's eye view of our Amazon business and has helped us to streamline our reports to understand exactly where our business is. The lack of a mobile app is also a minus. We also don't like the having to switch between market places when updating listings.
