Before using it, SOPs & previous employees' feedback were messy across emails, chats, or spreadsheets, which made it hard to manage. With Feedspace, everything is collected in one place. I have used Feedspace to conduct our first round of interviews, which saved a lot of our time and helped in better screening, and whenever we were stuck, we got a very quick response from the support team. It is very easy to use for both employees and HR. Sharing a link takes seconds, and employees can respond without any extra effort. The feedbox makes it simple for me to review all responses in one view, saving a lot of time. Feedspace has improved the way I gather and organize feedback, especially for employee engagement, onboarding, and training sessions. It helps me understand what employees feel and gives me clear data to work on. This has made our HR processes more transparent and effective. **What do you dislike about Feedspace?** For now, a few pages like feedbox and wall of love are not easy to use on mobile. Sometimes loading the data takes time. Overall app is good **What problems is Feedspace solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the problem of unorganized feedback from employees.
