Feedonomics is honestly one of the most well built and streamlined Inventory/Feed Management platforms available on the market. I am in this platform almost daily and the process for creating transformers is extremely intuitive and the ability to easily incorporate feed sources from a variety of platforms is A+. Not only are you able to manage your inventory feeds here - I have used this system for a variety of different data aggregation and automated processes in my time, showing how flexible this system is. Whether you are managing your Feeds yourself or are relying on one of their incredibly capable teams to do it, this is the superior platform out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Feedonomics? The only issues I have had with Feedonomics has been on the direct customer support side - mainly timeliness of answers. Without fail, they have been willing to get on a call to knock things out but sometimes getting a hold of a rep in a timely fashion can be difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Feedonomics is our inventory feed management platform that allows us to take our internal inventory feeds and transform them for use across a vareity of ecomm platforms like Google, Meta - etc. The ease of use of this platform has made these processes extremely streamlined and we are able to more reactive to the market as a result, giving us a competitive edge. Cusotmer Support is responsive and knowledgeable, offering quick solutions to issues. What do you dislike about Feedonomics? I find the platform to have a steep learning curve, especially for those without a technical background. The service may be costly for smaller operations or those just starting out. While Feedonomics integrates with many platforms, there are occasional glitches or sync issues, which can disrupt operations. The emails from feedonomics reps are often quite later than the problem occurs. I have never had a feedonomics rep actually break the news to me that there is something off with my feed, I always catch it first.
