Without more context, it’s difficult to determine what the email notifications refer to in this case. We have a number of safeguards and optional alerts in place to notify clients of anomalies in the source data. In addition, large feeds may be processed slowly by the ad channels they’re exported to, so we have automated retries in place to re-push a feed when it times out; these timeouts/retries also trigger email notifications and typically resolve themselves. We want to make sure that these issues are addressed. They're either a bit too slow in terms of entertaining their requests after parting ways or just wasn't informed about necessary changes that needs to happen when moving authority. A lot about the issues we faced was the google merchant center problems, they managed to quickly respond to it and although it took a while to have fixed. It is generally true that some errors are unavoidable due to many variables, such as changing source data, the export channel’s regulatory algorithms (some false positive errors require manual review to be overturned), and policy violations that occur independently of the feed.
