I use Feedly since 2013. It allows you to keep track of read and unread articles from my news feed. You can save the article for later reading, annotate it and share it with friends. Feedly synchronize the news feed on your mobile with a great iOS app and is possible automate the content integrating the news feed with Slack, Google Docs and Trello!
