**What do you like best about Feedier AI?**

The qualification of customer verbatims is precise and detailed, particularly thanks to the scores and sentiment analysis. The platform is user-friendly and allows for deeper text analysis, with a clearer and more usable reading of feedback. Reports by salon are available to facilitate the reading of qualitative data.

**What do you dislike about Feedier AI?**

To date, there is not yet the possibility to export reports in PPT format, or verbatims in Excel format.

**What problems is Feedier AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a considerable volume of customer verbatims, but they were largely underutilized. The solution proposed by Feedier allowed us to deepen our analyses by cross-referencing qualitative data (verbatims) with our quantitative indicators (NPS, SAT, LOY), in order to better understand and explain the trends observed in the post-show results.

We are now able to precisely identify the main irritants and assess their impact on the NPS and the overall satisfaction level of a show.

the reports can be improved, some KPIs like the Insights create a lot of pages in the reports which become difficult to read
