What do you like best about Feedbear?

We use feedbear to collect customer feedback and improvement requests. The software is very easy to set up and looks very professional. The team also is very handsome and replies to my questions within a few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use tool for customer feedback collection!"

What do you like best about Feedbear?

We are using FeedBear and it satisfies our needs just fine. We have a public site where we gather feedback but also ask our customers to leave us feedback via Intercom. Because FeedBear integrates with Intercom, Zapier, and Slack, we never missed a thing. Once the feature is ready for customers, we can notify customers that were interested in that particular feature immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feedbear?
