It's like a tiny community of passionate product users who help you improve your roadmap and ship great features. Our customers access "Feedbear" through a branded URL (super easy to set up): roadmap.leaddelta.com, and all of them can leave feedback, ask questions, track changelog. Its not something I dislike but maybe options to reorganize frontpage would be great or having the ability to use different templates, but again is not something to dislike it's more related to have more versatility and options because the current frontpage is really well designed and looks great.
