**What do you like best about Feedbackz?**

It's got a really simple UX that makes it super easy to manage my reviews.

**What do you dislike about Feedbackz?**

It's not an enterprise review solution by any means but it gets the job done.

**Recommendations to others considering Feedbackz:**

If you need something quick and cheap that only does product reviews and customer follow-ups, then Feedbackz is a great tool to use. The software is very simple to use and it takes very little time and effort to get started.

**What problems is Feedbackz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to passively increase the reviews on my ASINs. It sends a follow-up to the customer after they've purchased my Amazon products.
