FeedbackAI is a two-sided hiring platform for India tech. Candidates get AI match scores and skill-gap breakdowns; recruiters get ranked applicants plus structured assessments. Recruiters create jobs, define interview rounds, invite candidates, and review AI-generated scores on coding, multiple-choice, and open-ended responses in one pipeline. Candidates browse AI-matched roles with skill-gap transparency and optional PRACTICE assessments — browsing matches is never gated by tests. Free for candidates; employers start free with one active job. Based in Bengaluru.
