There are things which I don't like in Feedback Lite is its price because when we compared to other survey sites the price is very high and there is a free trial for the survey, that it is not so productive and accurate as compared to the different platforms. Another thing that annoys me is that I can’t alter the responses after it has been submitted. It is not always the easiest to simply digest and share out the results with the management team. This reporting feature could be improved. Its current functionality doesn't allow us to visualize and slice and dice data in the way that we expect from other analytics tools.
