The User Interface is a bit antiquated, I would like a lot more quick functions to populate data for repeat shipments more quickly. I have had the occasion of running into unsolvable errors where I cannot move forward, but FedEx Ship Manager won't tell me what fields are the issue or how to address it, I usually have to restart from that point. The FedEx Ship Manager was super helpful to me when I needed to mail packages from our office. I used to work at the front desk before getting promoted and many times, people would need a package shipped at the last minute. What I disliked about this program is that sometimes I would change the address and then it would malfunction and lose the data I entered, which then I had to do it again because it was lost.
