You have to talk to your sales rep on the phone to be given a better deal. The interface has not been updated practically since the internet began, and it is clunky. The FedEx Ship Manager was super helpful to me when I needed to mail packages from our office. I used to work at the front desk before getting promoted and many times, people would need a package shipped at the last minute. What I disliked about this program is that sometimes I would change the address and then it would malfunction and lose the data I entered, which then I had to do it again because it was lost. The FedEx Ship Manager helped my company save money by getting a discount for using their services and time by not having to go into an office and being able to schedule pickups. When tax time rolls around, good luck getting copies of your receipts for your shipments. They are long gone in cyber space. Rentention of shipments should be longer. When I finally got a customer service person to assist me, I was given an email to solve the problem. I sent an email to the name given, and a month later, the response was, "Sorry, I am not the correct deparment to handle your problem." I was charged over $100 for a $20 shipment (I had to choose the method of shipment and saw the price. I weighed the item and put in the proper Fedex envelope.
