"FedEx for SF"

What do you like best?

Easy to send shipping labels. Makes it extremely simple without the manual work A lot easier than the actual website.

What do you dislike?

No complaints, on the customer end, sometimes out customer does not see the email that is submitted with the shipping label,

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is awesome, way better than using the website. However, creating international labels can be a bit tricky, unless there is a way that I am unaware of

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We do not have to wait for our corporate team to manually create labels for our team. Labels are created way faster

What do you like best?

Easy to send labels without manually entering customer information. The label is sent with a click of the button

What do you dislike?

Nothing to dislike on the program, however, customer's may not receive the email or overlook it

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I am just a user of the program, I'm not too familiar of the admin. side of it. I do not have any recommendations

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We no longer have to rely on our corporate team to send our labels. We can provide this to our customer's while on the phone. No more waiting 24 hours

"Great integration and easy to use especially if you solely ship with FedEx."

What do you like best?

The integration of FedEx into our Salesforce system was amazing! We ship solely with FedEx so not having to deal with the repetitious address entry was great!

What do you dislike?

FedEx's team has the general idea there but their API for integration wasn't exactly the best and caused us a bit of down time. Luckily we aren't too far from the hub and were able to make the delivery deadlines for the express shipment.-

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Possibly carve out about 3-4 hours in your installation process to deal with FedEx tech support. Speak with your FedEx rep to bring in their local tech specialist instead of dealing with the phone reps.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We saved a good amount of time by not having to enter shipment information into FedEx.com or FedEx Ship Manager!

What do you like best?

I really like how I can use a shipping carrier to integrate into salesforce to ship technology out fast to my customers via cases that get approved in a queue.

What do you dislike?

I don't like the fact that a employee has to manual approve certain cases when this should be automated.

What do you like best?

I really liked how easy it was to ship out merchindise via fedex in our crm by creating simple cases

What do you dislike?

i didnt like how sometimes the packages didnt ship to the correct addresses

What do you like best?

I really like how easy it is to ship out information packets via fedex directly through our crm to our customers

What do you dislike?

I dont like the tracking shipment feature and how sometimes the numbers dont work

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a program that shipped out anything we would send students or customers easily and in mass quantity without doing it by hand vs automated

"Simplisity"

What do you like best?

I like that it integrates with our CRM and our clients.

What do you dislike?

It takes a while to load, it is a bit slow.

It will sink with your database and will provide useful tracking info. It really helps build up your customers profiles.

It makes shipping and tracking much easier.

What do you like best?

Creating labels is truly simple and efficient

What do you dislike?

There's still some kinks. I would review the communication between the reps and local specialist.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Shipping faster out the door compared in the past. We're currently at 24% more efficient.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best?

It makes sending packages to the accounts and tracking very easy within Salesforce.

What do you dislike?

This only has basic functions. Compared to other apps in this domain, it lacks many features.

This is a great software who do high volume shipping.
