Customers submit suggestions and upvote the ones they care about, so the most requested ideas rise to the top. It replaces feedback scattered across email, help desk tickets, Discord, Steam forums, Reddit and social media with one place where nothing gets lost. Moderation is built in: merge duplicates in a few clicks, filter spam, and sort through large volumes of suggestions. Mark ideas as planned, under consideration or not planned, and customers are notified automatically when a status changes, so they know they were heard. It works well for Early Access launches and live-service updates, where feedback arrives faster than a team can read it. Create a branded board in just a few minutes, public or private, with a custom domain and embed options. It connects to Discord, Jira, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Linear, Zendesk and Zapier, and offers a REST API and MCP server.
