The best thing about Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management is it creates an easy workflow which can be automated, managed and created to meet administrator needs which is required for service management.
It also provides very feasible experience for user by opening door for efficient service delivery and customer support.

**What do you dislike about Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management?**

I did not find anything that I specifically dislike about Jira Service Management. However, some of my collegues find some features difficult to understand in customization of options especially if they are new to Jira.

**What problems is Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The key feature that Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management provides is its centralized structure which helps to manage customer issues and provide them proper resolutions within given timeframe. It also helps to track and manage tasks with easy workflow management with improved productivity.
It provides easy communication from user to support with user-friendly interface.

1. It's very easy to implement and generate the ticket and share the same
2. Dashboard available is very useful to keep tracker of all issues which are closed and open.
3. The ability to add subtasks to existing tickets enables to reduce duplication of efforts
4. Customer support is very reponsive and gives fast resolution for the query raised

**What do you dislike about Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management?**

1. Data can't be exported in a excel sheet
2. There are no proper reports which are generated to analyze data and present a clear picture to stakeholders.

**What problems is Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira is a good tool for bug tracking. It's very easy to add comments, create subtasks and see the existing tickets which are underprocess. With some upgrades like data analystics, data export it can capture the entire market.
