I have been a user since July 2022. If you want to grow your community and expand your audience, Feathr is a great tool. I am very impressed with the insights and reporting features. The platform is truly becoming an all-in-one marketing tool. **What do you dislike about Feathr?** Feathr is still a young company. Over the past two years, my biggest negative takeaway has been the customer support. When you don't need support, their team always wants your attention, and when you do, they vanish. The level of support you receive solely comes down to how committed your CSM is. I've had CSM's with them who were eager to help me and others who have never even responded to an email I've sent. Their accounting department is incredibly disorganized. Keep an eye on them to ensure invoices are paid and funds are allocated correctly (especially prepaid media funds). You can use Feathr to advertise to your target audience across various sites as they browse the web while shopping or reading the latest news. You can pinpoint the specific audience you want to target with these ads by running various campaign types through Feathr, such as retargeting (targeting your previous website visitors), email mapping (targeting your email lists), geofencing (targeting users in a specific location), and much more! With Feathr, I can dig into a set of tools and think about what I'm trying to accomplish, I can come up with a strategy, and their help desk and our success manager are incredibly responsive and will double-check me and offer advice on other ways to approach the work. As a result, I've learned a lot. Using this platform has helped us expand our audience and hone in on key audiences. An example - we run weekly events for families of K-12 kids and now we're layering in digital ads to complement our other outreach efforts. To give a snapshot of the impact: before running these ads, traffic to our event landing page was maxing out at around 300 views. 6 weeks later, 2,239 views are coming from people in the geographic communities where we hold these weekly family events and our weekly attendance doubled the week following the week we started the ads. **What do you dislike about Feathr?** There are a few things I'm not thrilled with but they aren't deal-breakers for us. We will never use the email feature to replace Constant Contact - it just isn't as good. But we will use the email for a targeted campaign - like an end-of-year solicitation. The ad design widget can be glitchy. Sometimes the changes don't take or get hung up. Luckily there's a way around it and I just use Canva to create the assets and then upload them. Works fine that way. We're also hampered by the integration capabilities of our sites - particularly our donation platform. It doesn't play well with others so we miss out on conversion stats. That's not Feathr's fault, but buyers should know that some things like other third-party platforms won't work well. **What problems is Feathr solving and how is that benefiting you?** I feel like we're able to get our ads to those in our orbit and those we don't know yet. Both are important and the tools help me think about the best approach for both. I like that I get the satisfaction of seeing in real time if the messages are resonating and if folks are coming to our website and taking action. ### 7. If I had to point to one thing that might be a hurdle for some companies, it is a significant upfront cost. There are many questions & settings to dial in for each campaign that it can sometimes be overwhelming if you don't understand the intent of each one. Before, I was using a resource from within my company to manage my campaigns and make recommendations. We're still only mid-stream, switching to the Concierge program & I can already see a huge difference in the effectiveness of our campaigns. We were able to launch registration for our event and have had three very strong weeks of registrations from the very start, due in part to the campaigns we have in place through Feathr. Review on Feathr Introduction/Training **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2019 **What do you like best about Feathr?** Partnership Promotion ("Invites"); ability to keep track of web traffic after they've filled out a form; determing geo-locations of each web visitor; partnership invites; etc. **What do you dislike about Feathr?** Missing many intuitive elements like having a field text in their conversations, easy duplication of emails/webpages/etc., easy way to share files across users, etc. **Recommendations to others considering Feathr:** They're still developing many elements, such as being able to include field texts in their pop-up chats, making it easier to clone webpages to emails, etc. Developing what you can do int their conversations. **What problems is Feathr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Monitoring web traffic and leads and engaging sponsors/exhibitors to help promote our events ### 30. interesting product but lacking in customer support **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2019 **What do you like best about Feathr?** it is a way to track user activity and to continue to monitor what a customer does after leaving your site. **What do you dislike about Feathr?** getting feathr set up took months and even once it was live it was still clunky. this was not a user-friendly experience. the people on my team did not have experience working with a software like feathr but there was little to no customer support or tutorials to assist in the process so it was basically a guessing game **What problems is Feathr solving and how is that benefiting you?** trying to collect attendee activity information and behavior data ### 31.
