While the move itself went great, looking back I wish they would have dug deeper to find out our needs as a company and given us a better idea of all the awesome possible customizations Sugar has to offer. Data sent to the shipping system from MAS 200 eliminated manual data entry, reduced errors and provided carton level data to Accounting that eliminated more manual entry of tracking numbers and shipping costs. Eliminating entry of the same data more than once, the resulting reduction in errors, automation of customer communication and improved cash flow are all wins.
