**What do you like best about Faye Business Systems Group?**

The engineers were pleasant, professional, and communicated well. My ratings reflect my experience with management.

**What do you dislike about Faye Business Systems Group?**

The engineers did not have experience in my industry or familiarity integrating with the typical third-party platforms used in my industry. They did not appear to have been given guidance by Faye management regarding how to build a system for my industry. Two third-party vendors independently told me that working with Faye made implementation more difficult than necessary. 

On the communication side, Faye recorded meetings but did not provide the recordings despite my repeated requests. My account and project managers took days and sometimes weeks to respond to emails. 

I have since hired a different HubSpot implementer who is rebuilding my system from scratch. He understands my industry and his contract contains clear deliverables. The difference is night and day.

To avoid my costly mistake, small business owners should thoroughly vet Faye's experience in their industry and clarify whether they are buying a designed solution or hourly contractor support.

I hired Faye for a HubSpot “JumpStart” for my solo professional services business, believing (based on the sales process) that I was purchasing a professionally designed, industry-specific Sales and Marketing HubSpot solution. The Faye sales representative told me that Faye had experience in my industry. Faye structured the engagement as time-and-materials and limited their deliverables to billed hours rather than a defined solution. Faye provided access to engineers but did not include high-level solution design, development planning, or integration planning.

Dean Willis, our assigned partner, was excellent to work with.  Regular check in meetings.  All assignments tracked and deadlines met.  Consistency was key.

No real dislikes.  Our migration was seamless and everything went smoothly.

We are absolutely loving our Faye partnership so far. We love the support and cooperation/collaboration with Asher. I feel like we're doing a great job working in unison and always on the same page. Moving to Faye was one of the best decisions we made this year.

Faye has not dropped the ball in any area. We always feel like a priority, even we when we have adhoc questions or changes. At this time I have nothing but positive things to say about Faye.

Faye has been amazing with our FreshService instance. We have also leveraged their expertise in API integrations with Azure and we're looking to have them help with multiple other SaaS API integrations. Every time we have a problem, Faye seems to have thoughtful solutions available.

We partnered with Faye in order to help us with our FreshService spin-up and integrations.

**What do you like best about Faye Business Systems Group?**

Faye is always quick to respond when we have urgent issues and also helps us to prioritize and tackle less urgent tasks. Dallin is very attentive to our account and helps us find the best solution to things we want to improve. The development team, especially Todd, do high quality work and know all the intricacies of Sugar's platform.

**What do you dislike about Faye Business Systems Group?**

Before we started working with our current, dedicated team, we had some projects that were never completed successfully or they took extended periods to complete. Work had to be redone because the needs were not fully understood. Since we started working with our current team, we have not had this issue and would just advise anyone who does to bring it up with Faye and they will address it.

Be very clear about your needs and you will be successful in having them met!

Faye has helped us out a lot by improving inefficient business processes that previously required extensive manual effort. They've also helped us to build several integrations to other platforms over the years and now help us to maintain and improve upon those integrations.

Faye's customer service delivered by a top-tier team, including Dallin Verdonk and Cory Gambello. Highlights: quick response times, personal attention, and a clear understanding of our business needs. I also appreciate the expertise and professionalism of their team, demonstrating deep industry knowledge. 
Finally, their engineering team has continuously exhibited flexibility and a willingness to customize services and products to exactly fit our needs.

Project timelines extended beyond initial estimates without clear communication or justification. This issue has since been corrected through a relationship transformation on both sides (client and vendor). There was a transition in wihch we experienced challenges with software integration or functionality that were not resolved promptly. Timely resolution has since improved immensely.

**Recommendations to others considering Faye Business Systems Group:**

Faye, while a large company, is able to successfully personalize their approach and service to meet your needs. Their communication framework and project management tools are the strongest they've been in the last two years, and I am confident they will continue to improve even more.

Make sure you interview the consultant they want to assign to your company to make sure you have a fit.  Our consultant was an excellent match for our requirements.

We use the Faye group for all Sugar CRM maintenance and support.  They understand our business and have initially configured CRM then as our business needs changed they updated the configuration. they are significantly cheaper and faster than if we did this inhouse because they already are experts in Sugar.

Dalin, our main engineering contact from Faye, has helped us tremendously in understanding our problems and devising solutions for our ever-evolving business. Faye's engineering team has been succesful in implement new feature and debugging any problems that we have encountered. Their willingness and flexibility to create unique solutions has been appreciated by our internal team.

During the intial territory reassignment project, there were a few bumps in the road which required debugging over a short period of time and the logic hook that was built by Faye has had to go through refinement over the months it was deployed. With that being said, the engineering team was communicative and worked dilligently to solve the remaining bugs to finsish the deployment of this tool.

Faye Business Systems Group has an incredible technical support team that will assist you and guide you through your unique problems for your business's CRM. I would highly recommend Faye to any business who is looking to improve/expand their CRM capabilities.

We went through territory changes this year and Faye was able to succesfully update our current system to allow for new territories and the adequate assinging of our representatives. This was a purely  custom solution as they implemented a backend logic hook to assign individuals territories based off the geographical location of the account.

We did run into a couple of road blocks with regard to the integration of Sugar CRM into our EHR, but through persistant support we were able to successfully integrate.

If you are undertaking a technology project I would recommend allowing Faye to assist with the design and implenentation.

Faye was instrumental in the design and implementation of Sugar CRM.  Our consultant was knowledgeable and responsive, easing the project launch and helping to identify and mitigate challanges.

MasterSolve has really taken over the maintenance piece of our Salesforce instance from another (less reliable) company. In regards to maintenance and communication, MasterSolve has been head and shoulders above what we were experiencing before! Communication has been quick and any issues that arise have been fixed quite quickly, which I truly appreciate. It’s nothing flashy that can be put in a headline, but it is still a very important aspect of a successful relationship. I have been very happy with what MasterSolve has been able to provide so far and have no reservations about their ability to handle any future projects regardless of the scope or complexity.

They are very responsive to my requests and consistently follow up with me to make sure that all of our needs are met with our Salesforce implementation. Everyone I have spoken to at MasterSolve have been very professional and kind.

There isn't anything that I dislike in regards to general maintenance and upkeep of our Salesforce implementation. The only build I would have is the same as for many companies that implement technology, and that is to focus more on understanding the actual business that they are implementing within so that all of the processes flow smoothly in "the real world."

MasterSolve handles any issues that arise in our day-to-day usage. Automation errors, for example. The most important thing they have done is addressed these issues quickly so that our team can keep movign forward.

They provided excellent support throughout the setup of SugarCRM, provided resources and guidance for onboarding and training our team for both regular and admin users, and have continued providing the same level of customer care since implementation.

MasterSolve's continued support beyond our initial roll-out of SugarCRM has been great. Regular check-in calls are helpful to stay on top of any hiccups we may be experiencing within Sugar, and their support team is always so quick to help.

Making adjustments to the way SugarCRM can securely pass data with our application servers. This scenario has gotten our development team working closest with MasterSolve's development team and highlighted the benefit of this relationship.

Created a custom Sugar CRM system for our non-profit organization that was well worth the money, met all our needs for the system. We have quite a wide variety of types of relationships we needed to track, as well as resource inventory, meetings, events, and more, which were all captured well in the database that was set up for us.  Mastersolve has responded quickly to questions, issues and concerns.

We felt like in original meetings they oversold some capabilities, like being able to email to large target lists, and the ease of creating custom reports, which we ended up not using very much or at all, because of issues or sheer amount of time required to figure out. These are functions of Sugar, however we felt we didn't get a fully knowledgeable answer on areas we hired them to be the expert in.  

We were able to get 95% of what we needed from the final database set up though, so overall we were quite happy with the work.

Gaps in knowledge provided between original representative and subsequent representative.

Originally tried to solve problem of having a local representative for Suguar CRM, ended up only local person left and we weren't able to have someone local after all. Local rep was available throughout discovery and setup of CRM database, which was the most crucial part of the process to have someone able to come into our office and see what we were seeing.

MasterSolve was always available for us, even on short notice.  Issues that arose were always handled quickly and efficiently, and they always kept us advised and involved with decisions and issues.  Like a true partner, MasterSolve were always interested in both solving our immediate issues as well as helping/guiding for future scalability.

No real issues that I can think of at this time.

Integration of a recently-acquired company, including merging of procedures; merging and reconciling of data; streamlining of existing processes and creating better user experiences for all of our employees.
The benefits we have realized include better understanding of our system (Sugar CRM) ; improvement of internal processes; improvement of internal reporting and increased insight in to our business (legacy and planning).

We switched from Microsoft Dynamics to SugarCRM and Faye handled our transition. While the move itself went great, looking back I wish they would have dug deeper to find out our needs as a company and given us a better idea of all the awesome possible customizations Sugar has to offer. After we made the switch, we realized we needed some additional customizations and they were unable to handle at least one of those customizations.

They stayed on top of getting all of our data imported from our old CRM. 

**What do you dislike about Faye Business Systems Group?**

When we asked them to customize the contact view from 2 columns of data to 6, they didn't know how. As a Sugar Partner, we expected them to know how to do this. We ended up picking a new partner.

Make sure you know what you want. Do you're own research and know what you need before using Faye to build out your CRM instance. When you think you've done enough research, do more. Sugar can do so much more than we realized.

FayeBSG recommended and implemented a third party shipping system and integrated it into MAS 200 allowing two-way information flow. Data sent to the shipping system from MAS 200 eliminated manual data entry, reduced errors and provided carton level data to Accounting that eliminated more manual entry of tracking numbers and shipping costs. As a side benefit, FayeBSG created automated emails to customers notifying them their shipment is in route with the tracking numbers.

**What do you like best about Faye Business Systems Group?**

FayeBSG’s ability to understand my business and find solutions to improve it provides great value. Eliminating entry of the same data more than once, the resulting reduction in errors, automation of customer communication and improved cash flow are all wins. To get these results from one partner with excellent employee retention makes my job easier.

I have a difficult time identifying a dislike. Their service ticket system could be more responsive?

They are able to do custom development, deployment, support, training - the whole gamut for Act-On and SugarCRM and other solutions.
