I do a comprehensive workbook and personalized plan for each client. The tools, resources, and educational content available are really helpful. I've been proactive and feel rewarded with 26 reviews since joining last May, which has led to a consistent influx of new clients. Plus, using the boost and on-demand features helps me accommodate new clients consistently. The community aspect is also great because I can interact with other dietitians and share what’s working, which is beneficial for accommodating diverse situations. It’s a great platform for discussing ongoing changes and utilizing those for improving our work. **What do you dislike about Fay Nutrition for Dietitians?** I do not feel that the support team is responsive enough. I receive very generic replies any time I have an issue. While some issues have been resolved, one ongoing problem is my contract with Highmark and Blue Cross Blue Shield, which was removed in January and still hasn't been resolved, despite me reaching out to Fay Support several times. It's frustrating as I figured out contracting with them on my own and then had it taken away after connecting the dots to be able to utilize this contract on Fay. I also think Fay Nutrition would benefit from having a dedicated billing team, maybe an email or phone number for clients to use when there are billing issues. I've seen clients get billed improperly and it's an experience that needs to be addressed faster for better client satisfaction. **What problems is Fay Nutrition for Dietitians solving and how is that benefiting you?** I exceed my previous income with a flexible schedule, balancing work and family. Fay Nutrition for Dietitians rewards more interactive providers that maintain positive feedback with new clients. For example, we are responsible for verifying that clients who schedule with us are located in states where we hold licenses.
