Every plan includes a signed BAA, executed automatically during sign-up. The full agreement is public at faxpigeon.com/baa. Each practice gets its own dedicated fax number, and porting an existing number in is free. Every inbound fax arrives with an AI summary. A shared team inbox lets people assign faxes and leave notes. E-signatures let you sign and return a fax without printing it. Every delivered fax gets a delivery certificate. Send from your email or from any desktop or mobile browser. Six plans run from $4.99 to $159.99 a month billed annually, for 200 to 10,000 pages. Sent and received pages count toward the total. Every plan has every feature and unlimited team members at no extra cost. The first fax, up to 10 pages, is free with no credit card. Plans and pricing. Fax Pigeon has six plans that differ only in pages a month and the price of an extra page. Basic is $5.99 a month, or $4.99 billed annually, for 200 pages. Standard is $11.99, or $9.99 billed annually, for 500 pages. Plus is $17.99, or $16.99 billed annually, for 1,000 pages. Pro is $33.99, or $29.99 billed annually, for 2,000 pages. Premium is $59.99, or $49.99 billed annually, for 5,000 pages. Max is $191.99, or $159.99 billed annually, for 10,000 pages. Extra pages are billed at the plan's per-page rate, from 10¢ on Basic to 2¢ on Max, and faxes keep arriving past the page budget. Numbers. Porting a number in is free on every paid plan. Most transfers finish in 5 to 15 business days, and the number keeps working with the current provider until then. Porting out is free.
