I truly like the way you can build your own advanced and flexible structure, supporting the way you actually want to work. The ability to put all kinds of information onto cards, use cards on multiple boards, and even have boards in multiple collections, as well as the highly advantageous option of setting up automations makes this the best work organising tool I have ever used. One thing I do miss, is the ability to set up customised dashboards (reporting cards, collecting info from a selection of boards, visualising trends, etc.) I hope that this is something that will come in the future. In Favro, a single piece of work (card/task, if you're from Trello/Monday/whathaveyou), can exist in multiple places and workflows at once. This means you don't have to *explode* your works into a billion disparate tasks, and then manage those. You manage the one piece, like a User Story, and the work associated with it lives within the card and can be 'Done' in one workflow while still in 'ToDo' in another. With great power comes great responsibility. Favro lets you make all your workflows totally custom... which means its kind of hard to wrap your head around and really get rolling with without diving in headfirst. Our three studio leads took a full day getting oriented on it and thinking through its workflow implications, then our team of 6 converted everything from Clickup in the span of another day, then we've been tinkering and expanding the work since then.
