I believe the interfaces are not so easy to adapt - you do need to spend a few days studying Favro to understand where everything is and how to make it work. Also, the automations are there, but there are only a few of them and many are missing more customization. Due to that, we have to find workarounds all the time and even like that there are some things that I consider basic and that do not exist on Favro (such as sending notifications to the PIC of the card, making calculations, etc.). I like to drag and drop features. I can add the projects I use the most to my favorites. much easier to reach. You can split the screen into two and access the kanban view at the same time. The search system and filter system are so complicated. I can't see my teammate's tasks. I would see one of my teammate's tasks. Comment's area doesn't have any bold, italic, image, code etc buttons.
