Otherwise, I really like the product. **What problems is Stax solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to process payments which are very easy to use for payment and, It is very user friendly from where a beginner can also use it, so for me this is very beneficial product to use. ### 2. It is easy to use and rich in features. Supports credit card processing and is a no contract solution. **What do you dislike about Stax?** Stax is costly and unless your business does not feel the pinch of the monthly charges. Other than that, it is excellent. **What problems is Stax solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stax offers services for processing payments. It consolidates customer data, simplifies the creation of invoices, and monitors payments. No % upcharge like many other companies **What do you dislike about Stax?** Haven't found anything I do not like yet **What problems is Stax solving and how is that benefiting you?** No problems. So far, the set up is easy. We will be utilizing for payments once our business opens but very excited to save on so many fees initially charged by many cc processing companies. ### 8. We were originally turned on to them by connecting through our software partners. Fattmerchant had recently begun processing payments for them, and they came highly recommended for our us. The consultation process was very friendly and straightforward, and then we were able to setup and implement their payment processing extremely quickly. Now, we have access to tons more data in addition to being able to scale so much faster than I had ever expected. They totally blew me away. **What do you dislike about Stax?** Unfortunately, there's almost too many options for payment processing companies out there and the differences between each are so complex. We probably would've never known about Fattmerchant if we hadn't been connected through a partner. Thankfully, we got lucky. **Recommendations to others considering Stax:** If your company relies on an external software service, consider talking with them about which company they utilize for payment processing. Chances are you'll be able to cut through the fat and find something that'll work best for your business. **What problems is Stax solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can now accept more payments, access more data about our customers and business, we're saving money on each transaction and we can get that money in our bank account faster than before. 10/10, would definitely recommend. ### 9. Lower your processing cost and simplify your accounting. Easy for all your employees to use. **What problems is Stax solving and how is that benefiting you?** We no longer are chasing payments by check. Customers can pay by ACH or Credit/debit card. ### 10. Their system is easy to use, and they couldn't be more helpful on the phone. But overall, the cost-savings are the best part! **What do you dislike about Stax?** I truly cannot think of anything. Sometimes the error codes are note very specific. **Recommendations to others considering Stax:** If you are a law firm, you may have to walk Fatt Merchant through your need to separate trust and operating accounts.
