I appreciate how easy FatJoe makes everything, especially the super simple onboarding process. Their team is very attentive and they hit deliverables very quickly. I also value their white glove service, which makes it feel like a human-based company, despite operating in a digital capacity. I have been very satisfied with what they have offered and am looking forward to what they will bring out in the future as they tend to be on the forefront of new product offerings. They have managed to gain us notoriety in multiple publications that we can cite on our ecommerce website, which is invaluable. I also thought their offer was the best on the market. We've had reliable results from their services for our clients, and they are very easy to work with at scale. I am frustrated with FatJoe because they provided links that were irrelevant to my services. They ignored my requests for focus on specific marketing and link-building needs, particularly for a Making Tax Digital (MTD) event. Instead of addressing my specific requirements, they diverted to unrelated topics such as working hours and house prices. This lack of alignment with my objectives left me with no benefits from their services, and it was clear that there was a disconnect between my expectations and their deliverables. The Paypal checkout process is really old-fashioned and customer service was lacking. I was unhappy with the quality of their pro-blogger service, and despite requests for changes or promises that the work would be shifted to an alternative copywriter, this never happened and they did not follow up my enquiries. What do you like best about fatjoe.? FatJoe is very easy to use and navigate. They have a built in system for setting up your content orders in a way that is easy to use and can be used for multiple pieces of content at a time. Sometimes the content isnt exactly what I wanted written, but they do let you get revisions. Their dashboard makes it incredibly easy to manage orders, request revisions, place new orders, and retrieve content. The frustrating part about working with FatJoe is that the quality is variable and it doesn't seem like they worry about it unless you say something. I've had some pieces come back that aren't even close to what we were asking for, but after a single revision request we got it back but much better. If we had to write the first drafts of every piece of content we put onto a new website build, it would take an extra 2 months and quite a bit of cost to our clients.
