Local tax handling.

We are Japanese company. Japanese tax system allows companies to keep the local sales tax if annual sales are less than ~100K. This is exactly our case.

FS automatically collects local sale tax in Japan on our behalf, but it doesn't transfer it to us.

So, FS charges us 13% (5%+8% sales) for any purchase from Japan!

We are using FastSpring now for more than three years and we can only say good things about them.
