I have been very pleased with the depth of knowledge that Fastly's technical customer support has consistently and efficiently provided solutions and suggestions for some complex custom VCL scenarios. I really don't have a whole lot to say here. It's been great. I think it would be cool if there was a way to compare VCL configurations between different services, like we have separate dev, stage, and prod configurations. It would also be nice if the custom VCL snippets could be deployed from one service to another like a pipeline workflow instead of copy/pasting VCL snippets to each service manually.
