FastLajna is an AI phone receptionist built for small service businesses: barbershops, hair salons, nail and beauty studios, massage and wellness, car services and tyre shops. It answers every call 24/7, even when you are cutting hair, under a car or closed. It answers questions about prices, services and opening hours based on your website. It finds a free slot in Google Calendar, respects your capacity (for example the number of lifts in a workshop), books the client and sends an SMS confirmation. Key features: - 24/7 call answering in Czech, Slovak, English and Ukrainian - Appointment booking, rescheduling and cancellation in Google Calendar - SMS confirmations for every booking - Waiting list: when you are fully booked, callers are notified by SMS when a slot opens - Call transcripts and summaries in the app - Answers based on your own website content Setup takes 5 minutes: connect your calendar, forward your number and add your website. You keep your existing phone number. Setup is free. Pricing: plans start at CZK 990 per month (about EUR 40), or pay-as-you-go at CZK 11 per minute with no monthly fee.
