The best thing about FastHelp is that I can easily keep it with me wherever I go. And might I also tell you that it gives me the freedom to wear it easily. There was one time when I had it on and it rained in the park but thanks to its water-resistant feature the gadget was safe. Ah what else is the good feature, well maybe its simplicity - I bet you won't have trouble using it. Fast Help is just a fast and easy way to access 911. Go get your hands on it, if you have not already done that. **What do you dislike about FastHelp?** It should have a GPS because if you drop it or forget it at some place, you probably have no means to find it. Other than that I guess it has all the good things about it. **What problems is FastHelp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Calling 911 quickly is the obvious advantage that I see. As I already stated that the biggest benefit in my view is the sense of safety when you have this cool gadget on you. ### 3. It can compile into many helpful file formats, PDf, web files etc. Creating a Fully functional help in one minute is a good way. **What do you dislike about FastHelp?** One thing that needs an upgradation is its user interface. It looks ancient, and its toolbar is cluttered, sometimes making it difficult to find what is required. **What problems is FastHelp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating Help files for project tools and many SOP instructions. Compiling to supportive formats in a minute is very helpful all you have to do is just entering your content and you are good to publish. ### 4. It is easy to learn how to use FastHelp, and a video tutorial is sufficient for this reason. **What do you dislike about FastHelp?** Nothing as of now as we have not used any other tool to compare with.
