Its easy to use any where any time. they have good customer support. I use this software frequently. it helps in creating any forma file we want whether its pdf, web document etc. **What do you dislike about FastHelp?** There is no such major thing which I dislike about the software its just that they should upgrade there user interface as it lags sometime. **What problems is FastHelp solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have network issues in our area earlier and that time this app helped us alot by its offline file creation feature. ### 2. Transparency and no string attach approach of their product is good. You can take care of your loved ones with an easy to use button. **What do you dislike about FastHelp?** Pricing is very high. It's a one time cost but still we don't know how long it will work. The best thing would be to get this on a subscription model with $3-5 billed monthly. **What problems is FastHelp solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm a working guy in corporate. I need to be in office from 9 to 9 and leave my old aunt at home. So to ensure she is alright, I use this device regularly. ### 3. A handy healthcare device **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2022 **What do you like best about FastHelp?** No intermediaries involved, no monthly subscription fee, all you need is a mobile device and even without internet or a landline connection you can call emergency services like 911 etc. **What do you dislike about FastHelp?** The device lacks sophisticated monitoring features that every other device has, there's no indication of an emergency service number that already exists in the device, and the false alarm system is slow and outdated. **What problems is FastHelp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not really business, Found this device unused in my relative's home and when I was curious about it and started using it, I understood that it's merely a device used for emergency purposes only. ### 4. Needs work.
