I don't dislike anything but I would love if the platform had some fun design for the app design. As it is now, it is very simple as to not distract. I used the blue color labeled as information to simply add contrast for the app user so that the black lettering would stand out against a colored background. Sometimes the forms take some time to upload especially with more pictures. If they can make the software more flexible like allowing forms to be able to be started online and partial data to be captured and then based off partial data to be able to dispatch other forms would be great. Customization of forms is hampered by hard-coded design.

I.e. to gather all occurrences of instances of an entry type, I need to add Instance_1, then add instance_2, etc

I would like to be able to provide emphasis to the forms using rich text or html tags. Aspects such as making some text bold, underlined and coloured would make the form completion more interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to set up the forms as you need, and the support from the team has been exceptional. Always ready with an answer to my questions, and have provided enough follow up to feel supported, without being smothering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that I find to be a downfall is having to close pages after submitting to return to the main page, but this really is a personal thing, and the rest of our technicians actually prefer this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how easy and fast it is to set up and update/change the forms. The customizable output is also really nice (ie in a word file, PDF or excel). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Completing the form is still too slow for my liking. These forms are intended to a) digitize my work and b) save me time. The first item is accomplished easily with FastFields, but the second item is not. It's hard to really finesse the app experience.
