setup charges, even when they provide cheap hosting,, they got setup charges which can be a burden when you look from the users point cause there are many other providers out there who'll provide you with free server setup. the support response time is sometimes irritating, I once I got an error with the SSL I've installed on the server and website started showing error and couldn't fix it. so i contacted support and their answers aren't convincing, which eventually got fixed after few hours.
