The uptime for the servers is almost unmatched. Our company is using it for the past 1 year. At the start, we took only a 1-week trial and after that, we enrolled in a three-year service.

The user interface is simple and easy to understand. The support staff is very quick in providing a response to your even silliest queries, I think it has to do with their staff's availability all over the globe. I usually receive a response in 10 - 15 minutes and they themselves don't sit patiently until the issue is resolved.
