Initially, FSM’s sales team was responsive and willing to meet multiple times to discuss the project scope. Unfortunately, the quality of service sharply declined after the contract was signed. Project delivery was slow, inefficient, and riddled with unnecessary customizations that increased both cost and time. Their billing practices were deceptive, attempting to enforce contract terms that contradicted their own agreements. After termination, they tried to charge me for services not rendered and resorted to legal threats rather than addressing legitimate concerns. Document every interaction, insist on detailed project milestones in writing, and scrutinize every invoice carefully. I engaged Fast Slow Motion to implement Salesforce for my business, aiming to streamline operations and improve CRM processes. However, due to slow delivery, poor quality of work, and missed deadlines, they ultimately created more problems than they solved. I had to hire a different vendor to complete the project correctly. Their development team did their best with the project managers and business analysts they were working with. Their knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem did not seem holistic and often they would advise in a direction that would eventually run into obstacles, create conflicts or would not meet our requirements.
