Navigating the dashboard to manage complex filters or build new search navigation rules is incredibly straightforward. Whenever we need to make a highly specific layout change or run into a unique technical snag, their customer support team promptly handles our queries and implements backend fixes, giving us immense peace of mind. **What do you dislike about Fast Simon?** If I had to pinpoint a real pain point, it's definitely how aggressively their billing structure scales up. The subscription pricing model is calculated based on total session counts across the store rather than just actual search interactions. Which makes it a pretty expensive investment for growing ecommerce businesses. **What problems is Fast Simon solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Fast Simon as the primary search engine and front-end filtering infrastructure, which improves our online storefront operations. However, the aggressive billing model based on total session counts makes it a costly option for growing eCommerce businesses. ### 2. It's easy to use, and the editor is great, making the search work reasonably well. ### 4. I also enjoyed the ability to create as many filters for my customers to drill down and narrow their search on my website. **What do you dislike about Fast Simon?** Because my products come in multiple colors , I created multiple products of each color using the main images for that color. What I disliked was the search results would default the image to the first variant of that product's color causing results to look duplicated in the search results. **What problems is Fast Simon solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not currently trying to resolve any problems with InstantSearch. The analytics are a huge benefit to see what my customers are typing in the search. I can then craft search results better based on their misspellings and/or search queries. ### 10. They certainly have tons of optional add-ons that seem like they would help the user experience. I really liked the ability to add in specific items to static locations in the collection lists. **What do you dislike about Fast Simon?** The learning curve is just huge. We tried implementing everything we could, and a lot worked. But in the end, it became too difficult to get it to look and feel right on the front end. **What problems is Fast Simon solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for a better user experience through the use of AI. The benefits never really lived up to the sales pitch, unfortunately. We never saw a financial realization of the costs. ### 11.
