Fast Dolphin is a nearshore IT and Engineering staffing firm that connects US companies with bilingual professionals from Latin America. We focus on two staffing models, Temporary Staffing and Direct Hire Staffing, both built specifically for IT and Engineering roles. Clients get same-timezone collaboration, the first candidate delivered in 24 to 48 hours, and a significantly lower cost than US-based hiring, without sacrificing communication or technical quality.
