"Strong Document Security and Smart Version Control with Fasoo"
4/5
What do you like best about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

This Fasoo platform is it is very strong in securing document management, version control and content virtualisation. This platform also helps our users in accessing the latest version of documents even when files are sorted across different locations, reducing the confusion from duplicated or outdated files. I also like its automatic backup, document tracking, access control and AI-powered document assistant features, which is very useful for search, summarisation, and Q&A. These tools make this platform very useful for a cross-functional team handling sensitive business files and confidential documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

This platform feels a bit of more complex than a regular file sharing tool, especially for users who are not familiar with enterprise content management or any document security platforms. Their set-up, permissions, policies and user training may require IT involvement. Also, deployment details are not that transparent when compared with other platforms out there in the space. "Essential for Secure HR Document Management, Needs Better Bulk Features"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

What I value most about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo is its all-in-one DRM security paired with HR-focused flexible permission management, which is essential for handling payroll and personnel data in a German IT SME. Its granular, document-level access control lets me split visibility at the individual file level, unlike standard folder permissions. I can configure access so managers see only performance reviews without sensitive financial details, reducing the number of permission emails I have to handle. The immutable audit trail is crucial for compliance audits, as it logs every interaction permanently, saving time during inspections. The persistent encryption follows files even if downloaded, maintaining security outside the platform. Despite its robust security layers, the platform remains user-friendly, enabling streamlined workflows with features like auto-sync version control for payroll templates. These privacy and efficiency features make Fasoo Wrapsody eCo irreplaceable for managing critical HR documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

Batch file management features are rigid and slow for bulk HR archives. When onboarding 3–5 new IT hires monthly, I need to create separate encrypted employee folders and upload multiple documents (contracts, tax forms, benefit paperwork). The platform does not support bulk folder creation or batch permission assignment. I have to build each employee’s folder individually and set access rights one at a time, doubling the time spent on new hire document setup compared to simpler cloud collaboration tools. "Unmatched Security and Control for Sensitive Engineering Data"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

I rely on Fasoo Wrapsody eCo as our GDPR-compliant secure cloud collaboration hub to store, share, and govern all project research, client feedback, construction drawings, and survey data. Its core strength is persistent file-level DRM encryption that travels with every document, crucial for compliance and intellectual property protection. The fact that access rules travel with every single file, and not just folders, like being able to block downloads, disable printing, set auto-expiry dates, and revoke access instantly even after a file is sent out, is a standout feature. It has helped me eliminate severe GDPR and IP leakage risks from unregulated file sharing. I also appreciate its centralized, tag-based repository which helps organize our market research archives. The dynamic watermarking feature is hugely beneficial for external stakeholder reviews, deterring unauthorized screenshot distribution. I value its built-in version control and metadata tagging for efficient data organization. Fasoo Wrapsody eCo supports stable batch uploads of large files without compression, which was a frustration with simpler storage tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

Its bulk DRM configuration lacks flexibility for mixed file batches. When uploading combined Corus survey spreadsheets, research slides and CAD blueprints for an infrastructure project, I cannot apply tiered security rules in one operation. Sensitive raw survey data needs strict download/print blocks, while construction drafts allow limited printing, but I must adjust DRM settings file-by-file. There are no tag-triggered automatic DRM templates, so I repeat identical security setups for every new batch of client feedback exports, wasting valuable research time. "Robust Document Security, Needs Improved Bulk Sharing"
4/5
What do you like best about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

What I appreciate most about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo is its all-in-one set of document protection features built specifically for sensitive industrial files like our construction blueprints and tender pricing sheets, paired with robust GDPR-aligned access governance, which eliminates nearly all my daily worries about confidential bid information leaking to competitors or unauthorized staff. Its embedded dynamic watermarking system stands out above every other storage tool I have tested, as every CAD drawing, cost breakdown, and signed sales contract automatically carries a permanent, unremovable watermark displaying the viewer’s full name, company, and exact access time. This powerful deterrent protects our unique construction pricing models and architectural designs, which are our core competitive advantage. I can even enable a view-only mode that blocks all downloads and printing for high-value tender documents. Equally valuable is its highly customizable role-based permission structure tailored to our mixed construction team, which ensures precise restriction of access on a folder-by-folder basis. The immutable, timestamped audit logging is another standout benefit that drastically cuts my audit preparation workload, allowing me to export clean, auditor-ready reports in minutes. Finally, its secure temporary sharing functionality simplifies collaboration with external clients and subcontractors without long-term data exposure, with password-protected share links that expire automatically. All these features work seamlessly together to safeguard our sensitive construction sales documentation, streamline cross-team and external collaboration, and keep our firm fully compliant with German data protection regulations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

Bulk sharing functionality is extremely limited and inefficient for large construction tender packages. When submitting full bid sets or sharing complete project archives, I cannot generate a single secure link for an entire project folder. Instead, I must select each document individually, create separate password-protected share links, and compile all those unique links into an email for recipients. This takes a lot of time, and I often accidentally omit key documents, leading to follow-up messages that slow down negotiations. I also miss having consistent bulk access controls for shared folders, where I could configure all DRM restrictions at once to apply to every file in a folder. Without it, I have to adjust settings separately for each file, which is repetitive and prone to human error. Additionally, Fasoo Wrapsody eCo offers no native integrations with tools like AutoCAD and monday CRM, meaning all file transfers must be done manually, creating hours of repetitive upload work. "Robust Security and Collaboration for Creative Teams"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

I like Fasoo Wrapsody eCo for its perfect combination of robust security, user-friendly operation, and reliable performance that suits our marketing team's needs. I appreciate the fine-grained permission control system, which allows us to set customized permissions for different roles and projects, ensuring that materials from one project remain secure. I find the version history and audit log very helpful, as they clearly record every modification, making it easy to track changes and retrieve previous versions. Additionally, its stable large-file transmission and lossless preview functions are vital for our work with high-resolution graphics and raw video footage, maintaining file integrity during sharing. I also loved how simple and hassle-free the initial setup was, with clear guidance and no need for professional IT assistance. Overall, the whole deployment went very smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

The platform’s built-in file search function is the main area we hope to see optimized. The current search engine frequently delivers inaccurate or incomplete matches, and at times, it misses relevant files entirely. We are also limited in terms of multi-condition filtering since we cannot run combined searches including file format, specific upload time frames, and custom labels all at once. Our team often abandons the search tool and manually navigates through folders, which eats into our working hours. Adding robust advanced search rules and composite filtering features would bring tremendous convenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Security-First Platform Perfect for Financial Firms"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

What I love most about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo is that it’s a security-first collaboration platform built specifically for regulated industries like US financial services. It doesn’t compromise on seamless internal/external teamwork for the sake of data protection, or sacrifice robust security for usability. For my firm, which handles highly sensitive client financial data and collaborates with external legal/regulatory partners, this balance between security and usability is non-negotiable—and Fasoo Wrapsody eCo nails it better than any other tool we’ve tested. I also appreciate the immutable, real-time audit trails with US regulatory reporting tools. It was so easy to set up, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

We use US-specific financial tools like QuickBooks Enterprise for financial reporting and Bloomberg Terminal for market data, among others, that do not sync natively with Fasoo Wrapsody eCo. This lack of integration means we have to manually upload and download files, which is time-consuming. Also, the platform doesn't have a native Slack bot, so we can't share Wrapsody eCo file links or receive access/edit alerts in Slack, which is a primary internal communication tool for our team. "Unmatched Security with Seamless External Collaboration"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

I really appreciate Fasoo Wrapsody eCo's Persistent File-Level Encryption and Dynamic Access Controls. Security follows the file, which means it's protected across platforms and networks. I can set dynamic, revocable permissions for each file, allowing me to control who can view, edit, print, or download at any time. It's great for external collaboration because I can block unauthorized access even if files are downloaded. Another feature I like is the context-aware restrictions, which let me block screen captures, printing, and access by location or device type. The fact that there's no dependency on external platforms means that files stay protected everywhere, be it in email, on cloud drives, or on partner devices. Additionally, I love Fasoo Wrapsody eCo's zero-friction external user onboarding, allowing external partners to access files without needing any software or VPN installs, just a simple web-based access. The initial setup of Fasoo Wrapsody eCo is also streamlined and IT-friendly, which makes the process much smoother for my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

I don't like that there's no native support for in-browser editing of large file formats like CAD, Revit, or Adobe Creative Cloud. External partners have to download files (if permitted) to edit them, which breaks the 'zero-download' security workflow for sensitive assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure Collaboration, Needs Mobile AI Upgrade"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

I really appreciate Fasoo Wrapsody eCo for its data-centric security model. It integrates security directly into files rather than just attaching it to storage or platform access. It's specifically designed with global, cross-timezone collaboration in mind. Unlike other enterprise DRM tools or consumer-grade file-sharing tools that either hinder usability or compromise on security, Fasoo Wrapsody eCo offers a perfect balance by providing military-grade security without disrupting our workflow. This makes it irreplaceable for our team because it enables secure collaboration at scale. Additionally, the initial setup was streamlined and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

No AI assistant features on mobile: The desktop’s AI summarization/translation tools (invaluable for our global team) are missing from mobile—so our APAC team can’t summarize a 50-page EU client contract on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure Collaboration with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

I like how Fasoo Wrapsody eCo solves the core pain of sharing sensitive B2B content without losing control, thanks to its data-centric security. I appreciate that it embeds persistent file-level security that travels with documents without compromising the ease of collaboration. It balances military-grade IP protection and GDPR/CCPA compliance with a simple, intuitive experience, making it easy for both our internal team and external stakeholders to use without requiring technical expertise. I enjoy the practical, use-case built features that address small but high-impact pain points in secure external sharing, turning it from a mere security tool into a core collaboration enabler. The initial setup was straightforward, which made the transition smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fasoo Wrapsody eCo?

I find the email/attachment workflow a bit clunky because we can't embed Fasoo Wrapsody eCo secure shares directly into Outlook or Gmail. We have to create the share in Wrapsody eCo first and then copy and paste the link into an email. This breaks our team’s natural email workflow for external outreach.
