Farm Focus is cloud-based farm financial management software for farmers and growers in New Zealand and Australia, used on more than 10,000 farms. Formerly Cashmanager RURAL, it is built on 45 years of farm finance experience. One subscription covers the farm cashbook and planning, with no separate accounting ledger needed: - Bank feeds from Westpac, ANZ and Rabobank, with automatic transaction coding - Paperless invoice capture, including Farmlands and Farm Source statements - GST returns filed directly with Inland Revenue - Working Plan: a living budget that compares actual and planned cash flow through the season - Livestock reconciliation and production KPIs, such as kg carcass weight per hectare - Dairy production forecasting with automatic Fonterra and Synlait milk price updates - Performance and bank-ready reporting, plus DairyBase benchmarking - Farm Assistant AI: ask questions in plain language for report summaries, trends and variances Farm Focus suits owner-operators, sharemilkers and contract milkers, and dairy, sheep and beef farms that want one system for their numbers. Accountants and farm advisers manage client farms in Focus Workspace. Pricing (NZD, excluding GST): $139 a month or $1,379 a year, with unlimited users. Add-ons: Focus Payroll from $31 a month (powered by Lightning Payroll, with payday filing to Inland Revenue), Focus Lite for a second entity, and Management Tags. Focus Advantage is free for up to 12 months for new ventures before they start trading. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial and free onboarding and phone support from a New Zealand-based team. Integrations also include PaySauce, Crystal Payroll and Mobble in New Zealand.
