Fareply is a quote-and-reply desk for travel agencies, tour operators and DMCs. Traveler's message agencies on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, WeChat, Telegram, LINE, email and website chat, often outside office hours and in many languages. Fareply brings all of these chats into one inbox and replies in the traveler's language. Quotes come only from the agency’s own approved price tables, so Fareply never makes up a price. When a request falls outside those tables, it goes to the team to decide. Staff can review and edit replies before they are sent. For DMCs, Fareply’s group desk lets tour operators ask about their groups (hotel confirmations, guides, rooming lists and payments) and get answers from the group file, in 8 languages. Each tour operator sees only its own groups. Fareply is built for small and mid-sized travel agencies and tour operators that sell to international travelers, and for DMCs and ground handlers that take groups from foreign tour operators. Plans start at EUR 49 a month, with no commission on bookings.
