FanDesk is a helpdesk and ticketing system for support teams that work in Persian and English. It covers the full ticket lifecycle (priorities, assignment, bulk actions), SLA policies calculated against real business hours and holidays, threaded replies with internal notes and attachments, a searchable knowledge base, and reporting on agent performance and SLA compliance. Notifications go out by email, Telegram, SMS or in-app. Organizations can model branches, departments and teams, with permissions set per branch. FanDesk is available as a cloud subscription or as a self-hosted Docker deployment under an on-premise licence.
