Unlike any other tool that I've used, I feel like social report was created by actual social media managers. Posting is simple. Managing is great. It allows for more than one social media account to post and manage. They are fast to reply when you need support. You can customize the channels easily. Also, it is very easy to set up a new channel. I like that even though it looks outdated to my clients,it is amazing to use and to have to help me manage all the social media accounts that I have. It also, is not very easy to use, it can be very complicated to use. Which makes what I do be a little slower sometimes. You have to triple check on time zones. "Great for scheduling!" 3.5/5 What do you like best about Fanbooster? I love the bulk scheduler so much, compared to other tools I have used in the past. You are also able to make a library of photos so you don't have to keep individually dragging in photos which can be a pain. What do you dislike about Fanbooster? I did not like that there were often glitches and disconnects. Specifically with Instagram. There was a glitch for about a month which made me company have to switch tools. The customer service was also not the best. It sometimes took days to hear back from someone.
