What do you like best about FanAngel?

I really enjoyed how easy it was to set up. After a couple of emails back and forth with Dave, our page was ready to go live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FanAngel?

I honestly can't think of anything I disliked about the Fan Angel site or experience. Everything was great. It's the most amount of money we have ever raised in one fundraiser, and the easiest! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FanAngel solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about FanAngel?

The customer service and percentage that you keep is by far the best. I've been involved through other teams fundraisers that used programs that are similar to use and have the same features that FanAngel provided. But at the end of the day for me was how much was I getting back from this fundraiser and no one compares to FanAngel. Plus Dave is right there every step of the way to answer or resolve any issues or questions that you might have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FanAngel?

Wasn't really anything that I didn't like. I recall at the end of the fundraiser there was a brief issue on getting the funds transferred from the FanAngel account to my bank account but I don't believe that this was a FanAngel problem as much as it was the third party banking transferring institution that they used. Either way, Dave helped me get everything squared away and we received all our money which ended up to be right about $5,000. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering FanAngel:

Hands down what matters most is what you are raising money for and how much of it you get at the end of the fundraiser. FanAngel is the leader due to a smaller employee base and low advertisement Dave is able to give you more bang for your buck, Plus Customer service is great because you deal with the owner who you know really cares about not just his product but your organizational goals. What problems is FanAngel solving and how is that benefiting you?

In this day and age, fundraising programs online have taken over from the door to door method. FanAngel helps ease your mind with the simplicity and transparent application of their program. What do you like best about FanAngel?

FanAngel allowed us to earn more while providing greater support, ease of use and promotional capability than competitors who offer similar services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FanAngel?

My only gripe is that users are unable to edit reminder emails, so they may seem outdated if they contain language like, "Our fundraiser is about to start..." even if it's already week 3 of the fundraiser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
