What do you like best about Fairmarkit?

The Fairmarkit platform is easy to use, simple and intuitive. It can be implemented and up and running quickly, unlike all of the other clunky procurement systems we use today which allowed us to see an ROI in under 2 months. We can communicate with our vendors in a more efficient manner and receive quotes back faster, creating more operational efficiency for the team and the business as a whole. What problems is Fairmarkit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fairmarkit has given us the ability to finally address and optimize our nonstrategic spend that our team otherwise could not get a handle on. We have realized cost savings, time savings for our buyers, access to data, and more visibility into our purchases and quotes, all while remaining compliant. What do you like best about Fairmarkit?

Very smooth and intuitive operation. Bidders can respond from the email invitation they received (i.e. don't have to log into the system to bid). Customer success support is exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fairmarkit?

We need a few additional features to fully support our process. These include a request intake and workflow capability (to field requests for quotes from our stakeholders), and better reporting / dashboarding for our team supervisors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
